Subway — Restaurant in Clinton Township

This restaurant is closer to my home than the one I usually order from so I decided to try it out again as I have had issues in the past with this particular location. I was severely disappointed of my decision to try their location today. I ordered three subs with a coupon off the app; buy two get one free. They were not full of toppings it was like they put a half of a hand full of each topping on the bread and did not impress me flavor wise. I will not be ordering from here again, I will continue to take my business to the restaurant further from my home. The quality for the price of the subs I purchased was not impressive even with a coupon for buy two get one free! The only thing I was happy with was that the employees were nice and respectful, and my food was done by the time I got to the restaurant to pick it up after...

I have been in this restaurant 3 times now as I don’t live in Clinton, but visit family there. The first two times I came in the staff acted irritated that they had to wait on me. There was rap music playing with offensive language. Nothing against that type of music, but not appropriate for that setting. This last time I tried to get a sandwich at 7:20 p.m. on April 29th. The store closes at 8:00, but the doors were locked. The young man in the store saw me, but would not open up. I called and asked why it was closed. The young man said they were short staffed. I asked why it mattered with only 40 minutes to go. He replied, “The owner said to close down, do you really need another reason?” and hung up on me. TERRIBLE employees here! I moved to Clinton 9 months ago and have been here maybe 1/2 a dozen times, and they're always out of something....a lot of things, to be honest. Ordered online once, and they were out of ham. Never have cookies. They've never once had the Huberts Lemonade (my favorite). The only reason we keep trying is because we can actually use coupons here, and Tecumseh's Subway doesn't, and Subway is one of my son's favorite places to eat. Sandwiches were ok today, but ordering online sucks when asking for extra toppings because they scimp a lot on toppings if you're not watching them make it!
