Clinton Hometown Pizza — Restaurant in Clinton Township

I hate to be writing this review right now, because I love the food at this establishment and have been going here since I was a child. The customer service is atrocious. I called today to kindly ask to have my info removed from their mailing list and he (assuming the manager/owner) explained he couldn’t do that. I accepted that, and I was about to end the call when I explained that maybe sending out mass advertising weekly was not the best way to keep customers happy. I was met with the rudest tone and responses I have ever received from a manager/employee at a business, EVER. It was so unprofessional and frankly I am so disgusted by how I was treated. I no longer will be supporting this establishment and will be encouraging others to do the same.

**UPDATE 5/27/25 I tried again and they did not disappoint! Posting pictures. I was sick after eating but it was not due to the food. It was so delicious I ate to much 🤣

I hadn’t ordered from here in over a year and I was really excited to get it and when I brought it home. I discovered I had told them no olives and light mushrooms and I got the exact opposite and the pizza was dry like it had been sitting for a while. I’m just hoping it was an off day because in the past, I love this place.

*UPDATE upon leaving my review manager called and we discovered there possibly was a glitch in the online ordering because in my email it did not show my customize options so that is not on the workers that...

This place is terrible. I've gotten pizza here twice and a third time tried to get an order only to be told "The owner raised the prices" after being told when I came in it was $10 higher than what I saw the prices were on the website. What the hell? How can you raise prices $10 when you're not even a franchised pizza place and no one is in there eating pizza and you have 5 greasy teenagers sitting in the back joking and smoking. Never eat at this terrible establishment; I live in tecumseh and used to Drive out to clinton to order pizza here and I now know that there are 4 other better places to get pizza such as marcos, basil boys, jet's and even little...
