Passport Pizza — Restaurant in Clinton Township

So I have been going to this place for a while now and NEVER had a bad experience until tonight. I had even met two gentlemen who introduced themselves as the owners at my place of employment. I complimented this location and they even gave me a free pizza coupon. Today at 5:44 pm i placed an order for delivery. The person over the phone told me it was a 40 to 50 min wait. Well the pizza was worth the wait. At 7:05 pm i call back and they tell me the driver is in route. Ok no biggie. She comes I tip her and i open my food. A medium two topping... Bread and salad. Both my pizza and bread were cold. Stiff cold. Never opened the salad. I called back and they transfered my call to the store. They offered to send new food out. Its now about 7:15 pm. I wait ANOTHER HOUR. I call back and ask for manager. He was very apologetic and offered a refund. Now its been 2 hrs and 30 mins that myself and family have been waiting he tells me that he would need the food back. No problem sir she can get it back. 10 mins go by and i get a call from SUE who starts to verbally attack me stating that ITS ONLY BEEN AN HOUR AND 20 MINS. I say ONLY that was for my first order i have also waited an addtl hour. She constantly talked over me very rude no apology and said well were gna need everything back. I said i had already spoke with someone and that she was being very rude asking her the purpose of her calling me. She replied well we are having to credit you so i had to call. Its now well after 8 pm. I ask for corporate and then she abuses her title sarcastically saying that she is corporate. She then says AND YOU WILL NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN RIGHT? (NOW IM FUMING BECAUSE SHE IS NOW TELLING ME THAT SHE IS BLOCKING MY ADDRESS) I never even said that i wont order especially since they have other locations. So just push a loyal customer away now? I have never felt so disrepected by someone who is supposed to rectify a situation. She does not deserve to own any kind of business where she has to deal with people. I wouldnt let her wash my dog. The epitome of a horrible person. This was my absolute favorite place to order from. Never again. And now i have returned ALL FOOD...

May 22. My wife ordered a chicago deep dish and a thin crust for her along with cheese sticks. Now i have ordered many times from them and never had an issue until last night. First the chicago deep dish was made like a regular pizza. I have had it many of times from them but even my wife said it was really flat. Second her thin crust was not a thin crust. We were told 45 minutes to an hour. Pizza showed up an hour and 15 minutes after the order was placed. I understand if they are busy , it happens. But the pizza was semi warm. The guy she talked to said he was the one who made the deep dish and wanted to make another but said it would look just like the one we got because that is how he makes them. Then when the wife asked why hers was not a thin crust, he said i dont know i didnt make that one. He was rude and should not be working for the company. The call wasnt about trying to get anything for free. It was to inform them so they would not make the mistake for other peoples orders. Needless to say because of the guy who talked rude to my wife, we will no longer be...

Depends on who is cooking, whoever was in the kitchen Saturday early afternoon and Monday around 5 does not make it the same as others, so it’s a toss up I order here often and the last few times just fell short this was my absolute favorite spot,and I order from here a few times a week I called and was told my pizza did have double cheese that I paid for …. It didn’t I ordered light sauce and you could see the sauce through the cheese, spots of it didn’t even have cheese, I also ordered garlic crust my crust had no flavor this is the second time in a row first time I didn’t say anything, they did offer to remake it after arguing about if the pizza was made correctly so I declined they then offered a 5$ off coupon for next time, but there won’t be a next time, I want to know the quality and accuracy will be on point every time especially spending a decent...
