China Kitchen — Restaurant in Clinton Township

I decided since I haven't spent much time one on one with my son and since we are both sick I couldn't take him to do anything super fun I'd at least take us both to dinner since we never go anywhere well yah it was absolutely horrible I ordered my normal almond chicken and figure he would eat the chicken cuz it's just like chicken strips to him so I just ordered him a side of fries and a grilled cheese just in case (both on the menu) well get my food and I wait and wait and wait still no sign of his food so I ask the waitress and she says "we are not American we don't have that" so I say well it's on the menu and she says "well sometimes we don't have it" ok so why not tell me that why let me order it? Then I get the bill its 19.25 for one meal no drink and my meal on the menu is 7.75. She says she charged me for the meal I ordered for Christopher and for a clean up fee because I feed him fruit snacks which he didn't drop one 🤦‍♀️ get to the register and the other lady apologizes and says I'll fix it next time??!! No u won't I'm not coming back ugh sorry I'm just in complete disbelief over this experience so our son didn't get to enjoy dinner with me and had to eat something else at home 😭😭 the waitress was horrible I left in tears never ever...

So on the table they have a sign that says they add fifteen percent to your bill That's fine. I don't have a problem with that. But when I got my bill, it was over 20%. When I asked her why it was over 20%, she says it was correct and then she started telling me it is on the total bill including tax. Even with the tax it still was more then 15 percent. Plus she tells me you ate off your husband's plate and I said excuse me. She said you didn't get a dinner. I said I know I got an egg roll. I was not hungry so that's all I ordered. And she said, will we didn't charge for an extra plate? And I said I never asked for an extra plate. I did not want an extra plate. She said, while I seen your fork go in his food a couple of times So therefore, we normally charge for an extra plate. But we didn't ask. So she said I'm not charging you for a plate, so we're not taking the extra tip-off. We normally tip 20 to 25 percent anyway. But it is the principal of it all. A $16 bill with tip came to $21. I was already going to give her more on the tip but after that I put the money back in my purse. Make sure you check your bill before hand. I for one will...

They messed up my order and want to argue with me ....I will not be back.... messing up orders and not listening. Very rude lady the way she talked to me over the phone was outrageous.....they have officially lost a customer....then they have a big sign outside that say they serve cocktails....they don't they only have beer.....they already don't have any customers......they won't be around long at all....this is not the way you treat customers....I will not be back...... thanks but no thanks.....there are plenty of other Chinese restaurants around. But for sure I will not be back to this one. She's a rude very rude lady. Reading some of the reviews you can tell the lady is rude. You don't tell your customers bye bye. Very rude to me. On the phone with the lady all she kept saying was excuse me.... excuse me ....we are your customers and without us there is no you...
