Hi Everyone. Wok to u is and has been a great service. I have ordered many times from them. Order has always been good and warm. Really good food. But this time and last order I asked for white rice like I always do. They bring me brown rice. The man that took my order said I didn't ask for white I continued to tell him i did ask for white rice.. He said Donna let's not get all upset about some rice. He starts telling me that they don't put much in the brown rice going on to tell me whats in it. I explained that's not what I ordered. They made me feel as if I should eat it anyways. He tied me at first he would put a big note in my file no white rice. I said man this is an expensive meal for not getting the right rice. Then he said he's going to put a note and a couple dollar credit for me. After arguing for over 5 min on the phone. He offered to being me white rice. Then said when they got my last order wrong why didn't I tell them then. I didnt complain cuz I didn't have time. And let it slide the 1 them. He continued to tell me I should have called in then. I told him I was going to do a on line review. He said if u can do a review now when something wrong. Why couldn't u give us a review when something was good. I will highly recommend not using this company. This was the first time that I ever placed an order with Wok 2 you. I ordered online. I got a response back saying my order would be ready in about 1 hour. Around an hour and a half I still had not received my food. I sent an email asking why it was taking so long. I received an email back saying that the restaurant I ordered from was extremely busy. We had then reached 2 hours and I still had not received my food. I called wok 2 you to cancel my order. I was told again that it w aww as not wok 2 You fault but that the restaurant was extremely busy. They told me that I would have my food in 10 minutes. I waited another 20 minutes before calling back to cancel. I spoke to an employee to cancel my order, he said he would tell the manger. I get a phone call back saying my order would be there in 2 minutes. I told him I didn’t want it. The owner or manager whoever I was talking too did nothing to try to make this right. Read moreI have been waiting for my order for almost two hours and this is NOT the first time that this has happened. Just last week it happened. I spend a lot of money here and they charge almost $10 in delivery fees that do NOT go to the driver, so I need to tip also. So just for delivery it’s $20. So, I called tonight and ask where my order is because I have now waited TWO hours again. This rep was so rude and told me that everyone complains and I just need to deal with it. I asked for a manager because this happens EVERY TIME I order and the manager literally comes on the line and says, YEAH, my driver is waiting for your food so you will get it when he gets it. I said, are you kidding me?? What is your name and are you the manager?? He literally just said, YEAH I AM and he HUNG UP. I will NEVER order from them again. I spend a lot of money with them and I get treated like this ??? I would highly recommend NEVER USING them. They need a staff that knows how to treat people....
