This is a great little local restaurant. All the food is homemade daily. Everyone seemed to like their food. Only problem was availability. Turkey and dressing was the special and several in our group of 9 ordered it. Several of us also ordered fried okra. Both were sold out. While what we ended up ordering was very good, when you get excited about something and then to be told you can't have it, it is disappointing. And it's not like we were late diners. We were there at 6. I got their country fried chicken and it was delicious and the gravy was outstanding. Just needed to have biscuits with gravy that good! Forget about getting a refill of tea much less a tea to go or a carry out box unless you can flag her down, providing you can find her.
