Ive attended this theater many times but this time was different. I took my handicapped brother in law to see despicable me 4. He is in a wheelchair and has never been to see a movie. We were directed around back and told to use the stage entrance. The older man who runs the place met us around back. As we went up the ramp there were some large over grown weeds my son had to kinda fight to push my B.I.L up the ramp. We didn't say anything we just went on in. The man was very nice and extremely accommodating. The movie was great and as the movie came to an end I saw the man take a seat in the front as he waited on us to move toward the exit. As we exited I could not help but notice all the weeds were gone. While we were chilling watching this movie, this kind man had cleared the ramp, making our exit much easier. He invited us back and we went on our way. I do wish I had gotten his name but I just want to say thank you so much for going above and beyond for us. It's the small things that mean so much. We can't wait to return. Thank you again for...
Read moreSuch a treasure and wonderful experience for me and my two little boys! This place is a family business where you meet the owner first thing as he’s selling you the tickets from the original ticket booth! You then meet his wife as she greets you at the door while collecting tickets! And then as you make your way to the concession stand for fresh popcorn and wide selection of snacks and cold drinks you then meet his daughter! She was so good to my boys and very informative as I was curious about the Art Deco style theater! Her Dad brought the place in 1995 and has done a wonderful job on keeping the original look all while updating seating, screen, and sound system! He even politely gave me a tour of the place! If you’re ever in the area stop in and support these fine folks in Clinton Tennessee at the...
Read moreDo not go here. Two rips in the screen going all the way down the middle. Every scene with light colors had two white glowing lines that were impossible to ignore. Got here an hour early, paid an extra 20 dollars for drinks, snacks and popcorn. Two minutes into the movie we went to ask for a refund. I understand them not refunding the prepackaged candy, but they flatout refused to refund my still full large popcorn and drink. I got the money back for my tickets. Not a good experience at all. If the owner sees this and wants to make it right, I'd...
