Ordered a combo, mozzarella sticks and a cookie. When I got my order the mozzarella sticks were not in the bag. I looked at the window and started to speak and Tabby rolled her eyes, opened the window and said “what”. I explained my mozzarella sticks were not in the bag. She said you didn’t order mozzarella sticks. I responded I ordered them but you must not have charged me for them. She rolled her eyes again and blew. I asked for her name and she responded Tabby, eyes rolling and blew again. I replied Tabby your being rude. She responded “well so are you” and slammed the window so hard that it bounced back open as she walked off… while yelling I dint have to serve you. I sat there looking in the window In disbelief. The young girl working with her came to the window and said I’m sorry I can’t serve you. I responded I will pay for the mozzarella sticks but I’m not leaving until I get them. The young girl wasn’t rude, just closed the window and walked away. I sat for another second or two and the young girl came back to the window. She took my money and gave me the mozzarella sticks. They don't have the menu items that the OFFICIAL Arby's website says they have, and they will tell you that the OFFICIAL Arby's website is a "third party" that they in no way honor. You'll be offered replacement items that cost considerably less than the ones you ordered. When you request the refund, they'll tell you they CAN'T since you ordered from a "third party" website, and then insist again that the OFFICIAL ARBY'S WEBSITE is a third party website. They will then be unable to tell you who to call for a refund, they'll have to get their manager to contact you with a number, the number you call will tell you that the store is able to refund you and then question you like you're trying to scam them. When in reality, THEY are the ones who scammed you.
Then you'll complain about it online, and then receive one of the two copy/pasted responses that the manager has prepared in order to make it seem like they "care" about what their customers have to say. Absolutely pathetic, and with any luck, this restaurant will soon go out of business and make room for a better one to...
Read moreThe person taking orders was sooo rushed. The other lady wasn't very friendly at the window. When she handed me my drink, the whole lid came off a d soaked my hand. She just turned around like she didn't see it. When I asked her for some napkins please, she sighed and handed 2 single napkins. I had to wait on my order which was fine but when the lady who took my order brought it out to me, she said "Finally!! We have brought it out and gave it to 2 people already!" All of my fries was cold and super hard, one set all tasted like stink bugs, drink tasted like seltzer water, and my sandwich all looked like they where slapped together from a crossed the room. And, of course I didn't find out about all my food till I got home to eat it. I had went to the same Arby's 2 days before this and service and food was awesome with 1 manager lady running drivethru and 1 guy cooking.
