We moved away and don't get here as often as we would like. This used to be one of our favorite places. I was delighted that we got to go back as we passed through. The food was hot as expected. The service was good except for an issue with the food.

I'm allergic to onions and asked for them to be held off the gyro plate that I had ordered. Well, they were apparently picked off of the salad. Onions were buried under the lettuce and were also under parts of the rest of the entree. I sent it back and explained (again) to the server about the onion allergy.

They made a whole new plate without the onions for the gyro. However, there was another problem. There are onions in the rice that came as a side dish. She was so caught up in the gyro issue, that she forgot to tell me about the rice. It had been so long that I had forgotten about them.

The experience was good in every other way. I can say from previous experience that this was an unusual experience for this restaurant. But, I really have to ding them because of the allergy issue this time. That could have been rough for a lot of people. Hopefully next time will be better. If so, I'll update the review...

My wife and I have gone several times and service is always awful It takes a min to be seated or for someone to take your order for to go orders. Last time we went just a bunch of teenagers working and one kid looked 9 ...but they were all huddled up talking about their relationships and we had to wait for them to stop before even taking our order...my wife's salad was awful and they forgot two of the ingredients the prep work was clearly not being done when your getting soggy veggies or it's not being rotated properly....I got pizza paid almost 20 for a large specialty pizza basically a supreme ....it would've been better at little ceasers for sure....and that's sad...this place is super expensive for mediocre food at best and have been disappointed with the food and service in what appears to be a ghost town every time we went....if you want good pizza go to Oakridge if you want cheap go to lil ceasers if you want salad literally anywhere else if you want pasta make it at home...this place is a disgrace to be called Italian food not even fast food Italian food...I've had better food and service from a...

If I could give negative stars I would. This was the worst experience I ever had. My family got a table 10 minutes before I got there the "host" took them to the table put down the menus and walked off. I walk in sit down for roughly 15 minutes with them (total 25 min). No drinks, we have servers passing us left and right. A family of 5 came in after us and already had drinks and bread. We finally flag someone down and ask for the manager. The manager then proceeds to say he sat them, aka the host, and doubted the timing that we told him we had waited. Then offers to get the "girls free dessert". There were two men at the table as well. Finally after another minute of arguing about timing he agrees to "take a little bit off the cost" and he apologizes for the server not noticing us. I didn't want a free meal, I just wanted good service and a genuine apology. Which I got neither. The manager made us feel like we were in the wrong. At this point I was fed up and left.
