Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Clinton

I ordered online around 6:15pm. I used to order from a Domino's in Cedar Falls, IA (where I used to live) and I understand that during busy dinner hours the wait times will be longer. But this was horrible! The confirmation email I received said our carryout order would be ready in 40-45 mins. I opened my tracker about 20mins after our order was made and it said the order was still in the 1st stage and "being prepared". I waited 10 or so mins later (so 30mins have pased) and the tracker stI'll hadn't moved. I decided to call to make sure the tracker was operating properly. The girl who answered sounder a little stressed but was very professional and said that orders were taking longer than expected and it might be closer to an hour. So I hung up and waited. After an hour had passed I checked the tracker expecting to see our order in "quality check" but... it was still in preparation. It hadn't even gone into the oven.

At this point we decided to drive to the store. When we arrived there was a tracker with everyone's order and the time remaining on their order. Ours said 19 mins until ready. The store must have been a time warp because 1 min took about 5 mins to pass. The store was full of people waiting. All with the same story. There were people coming in to cancel their orders because of the wait time. I never had a MANAGER apologize for the wait. No one was even offered a discount. Our order took close to 2 hours from start to finish. There was a manager (Alex) standing at the counter taking an order on the phone and could easily hear everyone's complaints. He never once looked up or apologized. I hope they improve and that this was just because it was opening...

Had the Italian sandwich, was OK. The folks at the window were pleasant and courteous. The reason for the two stars was that I was told to come down at a certain time and I arrived almost 10 minutes after that....then it was told to drive around the building and go to the end of the queue. Spent another 15 minutes in line waiting in the car, at least I was seated. Then got back to the window and was almost given the wrong order. Eventually it all got worked out but this place is not staffed well enough at all. It was dinner time on a Friday but that should not have caught anyone off guard. Good people, just not enough of them. OK sandwich. Only reason I'll go back is if someone else in the group...

Worker name Jessica was very unprofessional with handling my order which was placed on line to be picked up at 11:25to 11:30 got there at 11:26 to wait for a response at the window no one came the I call around 11:34 to let her know that I’ve have been waiting sense 11:26 for a response to the window so i could pay for my food she got upset cause she was short staff and then refused to come to the window state that once she get off the phone with then she was going to start my order I just wanted pay for then wait patiently but she did not give me the chance to show her so compassion for her situation but denying to place the at all bad customer service never again I eat or suggest...
