KFC — Restaurant in Clinton

My only gripe about this establishment is that they NEED to train their employees properly. If they can't put orders together with the correct items, why do they collect a paycheck? When I made my order in drive-thru, the store wasn't even busy. I ordered a $5 box that comes with two distinct sides and a drink. I got my order and proceded to leave. Upon inspection of the bag, I realized a side was missing. So, I went back and asked for it and was met with an argument that "that doesn't come with a biscuit". I mentioned I was just at their gigantic, outdoor menu and it clearly states EXACTLY what the box includes. The rest of the argument made me feel like I was a nuisance and wasting their time. "Well we'll just give you one." I wasn't wanting to argue, I was polite and just wanted what I paid you for. We pay for your product and service, it would behoove you to at least fake that you care. Ordered online, arrived at the time it told me to and went inside to see my order wasn’t ready yet. no big deal i can see there’s only a select few workers tonight. I continue to wait, as more and more people get their food. Finally a worker asks what I had and I told them I had a mobile order and gave them my name. Not only did they not have my order ready, but i had been sitting there for 20 minutes just for them to tell me that they didn’t even have an order under my name. They bag up my food and ask for my name again, they heard the wrong name and got mad that they had no order for me. At the end when I finally got my food not only were things missing but they gave me no sauce, my food i paid extra for wasn’t there, and they gave me the wrong drink. I came through the drive thru and ordered the L5 off of the long John silvers side and added a piece of fish which I paid for and did not receive i Also ordered the spicy chicken meal that was suppose to come with Mac and cheese and cole slaw which I did not receive I only got the sandwich fries and drink, I didn’t notice until I made it home I then called and asked if they could fix it and I was told there was nothing they could do about it the lady was very rude and did not handle the situation properly, I work in the food industry and how she approached the situation was unexceptionable I Also donated to charity and got coupons that I will no longer be using because kfc and long John silvers has lost my...
