2nd time in near a decade I gave this location a chance...I got the crunchy steak burrito and a chicken soft taco supreme. I haven't been to Taco Bell in a lot of years because I am not a big fan of it. They use low quality meat and they don't give you a lot of it. They are also priced like a sit down restaurant. I don't like the way that when they put sour cream on something it seems to be at one end only, either. It's not their fault that I did not know that they're crunchy steak burrito has something I am allergic to in it. So, I ate them cautiously. Nowadays a lot of the fast food places wants you to order online on an app or in the restaurant on a screen. I had a person take my order and they struggled to figure out the chicken soft taco supreme. Management was unhappy that my custom other was taken at the register instead of kiosk. Apparently, customer service doesn't occur at this TB? When I got my order it was correct, though. Strike 3. I gave them another chance. This time the crew chief was rude again & told the guy taking our order to not take anymore orders. He explained that he was taking our order because what we wanted wasn't on the kiosk. Custom ordered chicken soft taco Supremes & beef taco Supremes. Did not receive the sour cream on either or tomato on the chicken tacos. Chalupa was tough at the edges. Receipt and Taco pic attached. I don't think I'll be back to Taco Bell again. I miss their steak and chicken bowls. They should bring them back! Best thing they ever made. Please update the cost of food here. I haven't paid below $15/per person in the last decade...
Read moreThe absolute worst customer service customer care and lack of consideration and concern!! As I already don’t eat here but for the 1st time in Yrs. Only because someone else wanted to stop for food. I Ordered Taco Bell in the end of February spent $19 to which the order still got messed up completely and the rude “idc call corporate, you don’t like it go somewhere else” employee even came with it. I have now had to contact customer service five different occasions and give them all my information 5 different times to which they offered me three $5 off coupons “NO THANKS”. I do not care for Taco Bell anymore and I haven’t for the past 12 yrs. I only started eating it again when they brought the Dorito Taco Shell 💪🏿🖤💥 but now that is no longer my choice as it gets SOGGY in the middle and FALLS COMPLETELY APART🤬 I have since exhausted my attempts to resolve the issue as I have been told by multiple CSRs they would be mailed to my address. Well we are in the mid month of April and still no resolution has been met!! I still have the original receipt pictures and phone call history. I CAN NOT MAKE THIS UP!! Which this is the reason I will Never spend my money there again. I’ll make my own before I go there again!! I still buy your Grocery Store products...
Read moreI don't know why people leave bad reviews. This place is awesome. I've lived here since late March and this Taco Bell is my go to. The food is always good. The service even better. If the dining area is a little messy, well, read the room. Sometimes their packed either in drive through, doordash, dine in, or all of the above. And as I've witnessed its the customers with no common sense that trash it like its their place. Literally seen kids come in, spill soda at the soda machine, leave their straw trash just sitting there, drop napkins on the ground looking at it like it's alien to them, and then leave most of their food trash on the floor. I'm sure it's alot to keep up with. Not to mention the guy in the little D energy truck that decided to clean it his truck in drive thru and throw all of his trash in the parking lot. The food is always the way I want it and the employees are wonderful. So if you have a complaint about that then maybe YOU shouldn't expect someone to read your mind. If you want friendly YOU be friendly. And if you want immaculately clean then YOU can either do better, yourself, or teach your children some common curiosity and respect. As for the restaurant,...
