Dunkin' — Restaurant in Clinton

Stopped in to grab some breakfast and drinks. First off Quinn (who took my order) did not correctly take the order asking if I wanted my bagel toasted or my drink hot or iced he was just trying to get us out of the drive thru fast. Then after getting our food I had asked for extra cream cheese on my bagel so once I opened it and saw there was just a normal amount I went in to get what I asked for. Quinn who made my bagel was talking badly about me asking for more while I was standing right there. Never have I experienced this dealing with a franchise before and I was extremely taken back by how rude he was with me standing right there to hear everything. On top of it Quinn was not wearing Dunkin attire and just had on a normal t-shirt which I know is against policy. Really want some consequences for Quinn with how extremely rude he was to...

I don’t know if a new district manager is needed or what, but this place is always out of something! Every single time I go. And 98% of the time, my drink is never made as it should be. It’s just pure laziness. If you expect me to pay $5.25 on a drink, it better be made right. Maybe smiling would help a bit too. There are maybe one or two workers that I’ve seen actually smile, the rest act like us customers are bothering them and like they have the worst job in the world. It’s so disrespectful. And the Clinton location is the only one I have ever dealt with this at. There is absolutely no excuse for the constant low inventory and poor customer service. The lady who I believe is the manager is always extremely rude when taking my order, not only does she cut me off but also tells me to pull forward WHILE i’m saying my order?? From the few times i go here only two people are nice to me especially the blonde lady, Im not sure whats the problem with the manager though. They are almost ALWAYS out of the chocolate long johns which is annoying, if you are selling out of something fast I feel you should order more of it but okay. Your donuts are almost always going to be hard as a rock as well, i came here for donuts not plastic.
