I have only been to this location a couple times now because I've got one in the town I live in. This location is like 6 or 7 miles from me. I ordered here bc they have more of a selection, and better pricing than my local 1 stay open later and ur able to order online... So since my Kfc/Taco Bell was close to closing I ordered online to this location... I arrived at the location had to wait as there was 2 or 3 cars ahead of me. No biggie. Got to the speaker was asked to give them a min again no biggie, The guy then came on I gave him my name and all he asked if I would remain at the speaker until being told to pull around, me letting him know that they are 3 cars behind me and he said it's fine.. After 5 mins or so I was told to pull to window. After pulling away I realized my order was short . So I go back was several cars in drive thru had already been here 30 mins give or take so I pull up front to go in. They had just locked the doors I'm assuming because a couple had just walked out of the lobby. I see a young lady sweeping so I motion for her. She opens the door I explain to her, I believe I'm missing items so I got the food took it inside the lobby maybe 4 steps inside the door for her to help me check.. She tells what I had been missing no problem. Then a guy walks up looks at me says my lobby closes at 10 and Noone is to be inside whatsoever... I said I do apologize explained to him the deal and asked if I needed to come to the window... Needless to say he was super Rude. I apologized again to him and to the young lady that had let me in...45 mins later not counting the 15 or 20 mins prior to my arrival that j had placed my order online so an hr or so. I have to say the worst experience I've had with taco bell and the tacos that we received meat and toppings all made up 1/4 of the shell we had about 90 percent shell 10 percent everything else... I spent almost 50 dollars and won't be returning to this location... The waiting was not a problem the service and food was my issue... These pics of a chalupa Supreme and taco below done wonders bc they didn't...
Read moreI walked into this Taco Bell location shortly after 10 PM. Despite the doors being unlocked, I was immediately told by an employee — who was clearly under the influence (eyes bloodshot, slurring, visibly impaired) — that they were no longer taking orders. When I reasonably pointed out that I had already entered the store and that leaving the doors unlocked creates confusion and responsibility on their part, I was met with rudeness and a lack of accountability.
The manager on duty, Kaylee, escalated the situation by being openly aggressive, dismissive, and unprofessional instead of offering any kind of resolution. Rather than owning the mistake of leaving the door unlocked and treating a customer with basic respect, the staff chose to push me out.
This kind of behavior reflects extremely poorly on the management and overall standards of the store. I left without being served — not because they were closed, but because the staff refused to handle the situation with any sense of professionalism or courtesy.
If this location wants to maintain any kind of customer trust, serious attention should be paid to who is being hired and how customers are being treated — especially by those in...
Read moreBy far the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. Was not greeted when I walked in not surprised. The employees would rather talk on their phones WHILE serving customers...Yes, you read that correctly... While helping(if that's even what it's really called considering it was beyond rude and uncalled for)... Check the camera you will see it. June 9th approximately 5:46 p.m. He answered his cell phone while taking my order. I stood at the counter to order and they all scattered to the food line. Nobody made an effort to take my order it acknowledge me standing there until I made a dissastisfied facial expression. This team needs proper training and to be taught manners and professionalism. Shame on them. I will never...
