Bold choice to approve a circulation of coupons for the month and then NOT honor them. I can think of no other reason than to trick people into coming in and then spending more than they intended. Scummy practice. If that is the state of your store, then please kindly shutter the doors so that a company that appreciates it's customers more can move in and make better use of the space you're wasting. For anyone else interested: I've asked some knowledgeable people about whether this legally counts as "bait-and-switch" marketing, and I'll update the comment when I get the answer.
EDIT: Alright, so the answer I got is that the "at participating locations" part of the fine print MIGHT protect them. "Might", simply because the wording is there and that might be enough for some courts. But also unsure because the fact of the matter is that in order for ME to receive the coupons in the mail, it means that that a "participating" location within a few miles of where I live HAS approved them. But neither of the two locations (probably owned by the same person) accepts them, but either one or both is approving them. So they might get by on a legal technicality. Either way, still a scummy practice that I would never suggest anyone encourage by giving them...
Read moreI would give this Subway a Zero star for service if possible. The boy working the counter was rude, incompetent, and had the worst condescending attitude. I asked for a 6" Italian and he started making a foot long. When I stated I only wanted a 6" he rolled his eyes and threw the other half of the bread back in the bread box. Then I had to repeat myself multiple times with what I wanted (lettuce, onions, pickles & mayo) because he wasn't paying any sort of attention. I then grabbed a bag of chips and he wrang me out. The total came to 10.09 and I politely questioned why on my receipt the 6" hoagie came to $7.59 when the sign on the window said $5.49. With attitude and very condescending he said "yeah idk, want proof of the buttons I pushed". And then moved the screen to show the 6" sub with chips and goes "so there ya go, as I told you your total was $10.09." I should have read the reviews before going to this Subway as I aparently am not the only person with this encounter. Sad that management hasn't terminated...
Read moreGreat customer service. DISAPPOINTED in the fact that they do not honor the 5.00 footlongs if ordered in pairs on the app. Visited on 8-12-2020 and placed order on the app for 2 ft long sandwiches ( meatball and sweet onion chicken teriyaki) and a steak and cheese wrap. I aked for the sandwiches to be toasted and they were way to hard. The steak and cheese wrap was ice cold. Was not pleased at all with the food once i got to my house about 12 miles away. The cheese was not even melted in the wrap so i know that the steak was never heated. NOT PLEASED AT ALL WITH THE FOOD and the only reason i gave a 2 star versus a 1 star is the fact that the young lady that was working when i went inside to pick up my order was nice and customer oriented. Will NOT be ordering from this...
