McDonald's — Restaurant in Clinton

So so tired of going to Mc Donald's and they always always mess everything up! We stopped going for a long time because of this. Tonight I thought I'd try it again and they pulled me up to wait for my food and I should of known to check everything but I shouldn't have to and was in a hurry. I got half way home and ate a few fries ha yep they were ice cold I should of known not to go through the drive through when no other cars were in line higher chance of getting cold fries or they bagged my fries and waited for all my chicken nuggets and burgers to get done that's a big mistake right there!!!! I was pissed to get home and they shorted me a burger I asked twice for BBQ sauce for our 20 nuggets and of corse didn't get none, and as always our ff's are ice cold 25.00 worth and they can't get it right! I called them and who ever answered made a big mistake to take the call and not give the phone to a manager. She said oh ok I would be mad too. I said ok and she didn't say nothing I said hello she said well I can give u a coupon for fries or something I said are u kidding me I said I'm not driving back I will definitely come back tomorrow to take care of this. She said if I can get ur name I will have it ready when u pull up. I said I'm not coming through the drive through I'm coming inside and I'm talking to a manager! She said ok bye. One more thing since I'm bitching about the poor service I might betr add that I'm sick of them bagging everything in one bag by the time I get home ALL the double cheese burgers are FLAT AS A PANCAKE!!!!!! ALWAYS ALWAYS! And sloppy ketchup and mustard all over everything! Very very mad I guess next time I will take pictures of everything and show everyone I know cuz it's very unprofessional...

It was sorta clean. Soda station was a mess. When they did clean it there was either water or cleaner whatever it was, was everywhere. I accidentally spilled my drink and promptly let the manager know who was pretty rude about it. They never cleaned it up until I reminded them aggroi cause my kid ran through it. Being in the kid area I put the caution sign up myself and because of where the spill was to get out of my seat I had to step in it and track it everywhere.when they got around to cleaning it there was MORE water from the mop left over and I slipped trying to re-fill my drink and hurt my groin. Out of our 36$ order my fries where ice cold and hard and my one daughters were salty as heck. Lastly there were 2 cans for trash in the play area and one wouldnt open like it was locked and the other was over flowed. My first visit is likely my last, no wonder there is another mc Donald on 30. Ill try them next time even though they lack...

Only reason we came back was getting free meals because of messed up orders while also waiting a long time. Got two 2 cheeseburgers meals (I think its a number 9) one order only ketchup, the other normal. Its a very simple basic order. We got 4 burgers all made different. This is the third time this has happened. I had to ask for my drinks. We tried both McDonald's. The 1st time was this location. We went to the Lincoln one where the aforementioned cards for a free meal happened the 2nd time, and decided to try this location again. I understand mistakes, but 3 times I got the same order, 4 burgers all made different. How? This is ridiculous and I dont forsee us ever eating at either location again.
