Tokyo's Express — Restaurant in Clinton

Came in to order takeout for my son, Weds, 4/5/23 around 6:00pm. The establishment was not busy in anyway. The female at the register did not respond when I thanked her as well as double charged for a side of Teriyaki Chicken. She seems as though she disliked being there. Fixed Chicken from a steel pan storage container. After it appeared my son's order fulfilled the remainder of the chicken. She goes to the steel refrigerator , grab a handful of something with her bare hands, quickly throws it on the grill, sprinkles water & covers with a silver bowl. Not once after handling whatever she threw on the grill did she was her hands. She gave us our bag, surprisingly happily greeted a couple entering the establishment & sent us well on our way without any correspondence. Do yourself a favor & sprint over to Hot Bowl. they were not following proper sanitation and covid rules. I did an online order, paid when I got there, and took my dinner home. When Ingot home and checked my bag it was the wrong order. I called them and let them know they gave me the wrong order and I was on my way back up there to get the right one. The guy told me that the right order was there and waiting for me once I got there. I told him it had been over an hour and a half since the order was made, and I would appreciate it if he would make it fresh. He told me that in order to get it fresh, I would need to PAY again! By them giving me the wrong order and making me drive way the hell back up there, the least they could've done was remake my order. I am very disappointed in the way they handled things and I will be calling a health inspector ASAP. Don't waste your time and money with...

Absolutely terrible service & even worse sushi. I understand it isn’t going to be the best sushi in the world, but if I order a California roll (typically comes with cream cheese, crab, & avocado) that’s what I expect in the sushi, especially if you advertise it with those ingredients. When i received my sushi first, it had nothing but avocado, when I came back & politely told them that there is no cream cheese or avocado, the guy who made my sushi laughed. Just laughed. When I receive my sushi a second time, this is what I’m greeted with. Just avocado and crab. To all businesses, PLEASE don’t sell sushi if you are just going to waste your customers time and money. Truly disgusting. Will never return & I work right...
