Wendy's — Restaurant in Clinton

Ordered two sandwiches, fries and a frosty. We ordered through @UberEats. We are staying nearby. We were exhausted and didn't realize the Restaurant was across the street, .02 miles, the driver arrived and the app stating they were "wrapping up" the order. They were "wrapping up" for at least 20 minutes. Our sandwiches arrived cold. The cheese wasn't melted at all. The fries were cold. The frosty was melted and had a foamy film across the top. When I poured it out it was as thin as chocolate milk. I was afraid to taste it due to the foamy film. Everything has to be tossed. Was very concerned about food quality since the food was cold. Was it heated at some earlier doing and just sitting and waiting to be made into a sandwich? Whoever poured the frosty had to know that the frosty was chocolate milk. Maybe because it was through a delivery service they didn't care? I do know that the delivery app showed the driver at the restaurant waiting for a while. Definitely would...

Just went thru the drive thru about 45 minutes ago. It took 15 minutes from the time I ordered my food to receive it, there was NO ice in my drink and when I asked the lady at the drive thru she said she had been so busy she didn't have time to get ice? They didn't give me butter or sour cream with my baked potato, and they gave me a regular chicken instead of a spicy one that I had ordered. If your establishment is going to accept money from customers until 1A.M. then make sure your business is properly staffed to provide the service for which we are paying. I visit this place because its one of the few restaurants open late at night once I get off of work, but after tonight, I won't be going back for awhile. Nothing like paying high prices, for the wrong food, and wasting 15 minutes of my time after a 12 hour...

Waited at drive thru to order, nobody there. Went in, one guy just standing in food prep area, walks away, a gir comes around the corner, but goes to the freezer and starts moving bags around. First guy moved from somewhere in the back to the office, finally another guy comes out of the office and eventually makes it to the counter. Didn't specifically say two for Three, so it rang up over $5. Had to go get the first guy to undo the order. Had to repeat my order again. All this time, nobody is prepping any food and the drive thru alarm is going off. Three or four minutes later, the first guy starts to take the drive thru order. Still nobody making food. Several minutes later they start fixing food. I get my order, have to go back in to get napkins. Egg was way Overcooked, chewy, and...
