Wendy's — Restaurant in Clinton

A couple weeks ago I was hungry for Wendy's so I went through the drive through, I wasn't sure if they were open because the big sign out front was off and it was dark out. I waited about 20 minutes in the drive thru line which shocked me because it always use to be fast but it had been pry 2 years since I was there but when I pulled up to the window I told the girl there outside sign was off and it looked like they were closed and her exact words were "shut up we like it like this so we don't have to deal with customers". I couldn't believe it. I left and my order wasn't even right. I told myself it had to have been a new girl or a bad night so I went back and thought I will try it again today and that drive thru is so slow now, i bet I waited 20 min. Again but at least my order was right this time. Not sure what's going on with our Wendy's but hopefully it gets...

The cashier we had was so weird and low key rude, He followed us around the restaurant and even watched us eat and throw away our garbage just to make sure we didn't make a mess. This is ridiculous, no cashier/ server should ever be in your business/ face. Not to mention he obnoxiously and rudely told me no to a vanilla frosty. Like I get it, vanilla frostys are only for Friday but I did not know that at the time. He said and I quote "Does it look like I can give you a vanilla frosty!?" Maybe he was joking? But you I could not tell because of his attitude. Bottom line, he was rude and invaded our personal space to a point where I it felt stalk-ish. When I go out to eat with friends I wanna talk to my friend and not be judged and not constantly...

Went to the drive thru today, the girl already seemed to have a bad attitude, and as we were ordering our first meal and asked for chili cheese fries instead of regular, the girl mumbled jeeze. So we said you know what never mind we don’t want anything and left. The time we went before that there was staff basically yelling at each other, which made it awkward. I honestly don’t think I will be going back there, as their customer service is horrible. I’m sorry, but if you hate your job so much that you are just rude right away you should probably be fired. Way to make your place of employment...
