I ordered the steak and chicken, option A (stir fried veggies and fried rice) and an egg roll. Service - friendly staff, no complaints. Value - decent amount of food for the price. Food - the meats and fried rice were cooked well. The veggies were overcooked and soggy. Everything was extremely salty. This seems to be a trend with some of the other reviews I read, so probably not just a bad day for them. Also, everything tasted like it was cooked hours ago even though I ate within 30 minutes of ordering. I'm pretty sure they cook all the grilled items in big batches, but from what I saw, they don't have a high flow of customers... which means food might sit there for a while before you get it. The egg roll was pretty good. Overall, it reminded me of old, oversalted hibachi. If I return, it would be to try the chicken bites. I've been wanting to try this place for a while, so I was pretty disappointed.

Delicious Asian inspired cuisine from a food truck! This place is legit! Couple of words of warning: First, check the Facebook page to make sure you know what days they are open as it occasionally varies. Second, make sure you go early as they are only open until they sell out. And they ALWAYS sell out because they are delicious. My personal favorite is the teriyaki noodles. They are amazing with the chicken or the steak, or both! The egg rolls are also fantastic. The way all egg rolls should taste. The sweet dipping sauce they come with is a perfect compliment.

We got the steak and chicken with fried rice and vegetables. The steak was good, but the chicken was dry and the fried rice was undercooked. The cost for the one plate is a little extreme, $18 with tax, for the amount of food you get. The container was filled with mostly rice and only a few veggies with the steak and chicken. The side sauce was good, but I don't think we'll be back for how expensive it was and the amount of quality food received.

OMG this is, hands down, the ABSOLUTE BEST place in Clovis to eat!!!! There's nothing on their menu that isn't just superb. Literally I have tried every single item on their menu & everything is ALWAYS amazing!!!! I guess you could kind of say that I'm "addicted", or as I like to put it "I have a love affair", with this place because I eat there at least once a week! There's times where I've ordered Blazin' Asian 2 & even 3 times in a week!!! The Egg Rolls are like a little gift from the Gods! They are so gosh dang good! Mmmm, they're crispy all the way around & have little pieces of steak & chicken inside & you can taste the freshness in the ingredients. You won't ever have anything there that tastes like it's been frozen or like it's been sitting there forever. I highly recommend the Big Lou Special with Teriyaki Bites for 1st timers because it has a little bit of almost everything on their menu (order a small side of vegetables with it & mix it with your rice 😍)! Not only is their food the ABSOLUTE BEST IN CLOVIS but everyone that works there, including the owners, are always so very nice & they treat you like family. I promise you WILL NOT be disappointed with...

Spent like 75$ here today. I walked in and ordered two number 5 with option B. 4 eggrolls, 2 orders of potstickers and 2 large dr.peppers. The food looked great. My husband said that the steak and chicken were on the dry side but loved the noodles because they're very garlicy. I liked all of it. The eggrolls are good, they're the thin paper springroll wrapped ones not the original thicker wrap. The potstickers are delicious. The portion sizes on our plates is insane, i love it. The restaurant was very clean, smelled nice and was well lit. Perfect for a casual outing. There is enough parking for this restaurant and since this place is still new, the parking lot is clean and free from obstructions. It was my first time going to this restaurant today and I'll be going back after this visit. Five stars for you...
