I have a very unfortunate situation I will like to share. I placed a order for a large sausage, olive and artichoke pizza with light sauce and garlic bread. They said it would be about 40 minutes for delivery. An hour and 15 minutes later I called the location back and they said it would be there anytime. I gave my number again and told them to have the driver call if they get lost. At 8:00pm our pizza showed up. The driver was very apologetic. When we opened the box the pizza had no sauce and also m no cheese on it. It had maybe 10 pieces of sausages on the whole pizza. All in all, it was not of Me and Ed's quality pizza. It had little black seeds all over the bottom and both the pizza and garlic bread were cold. I called Me and Ed's and explained to the person that answered that we have waited 1 ½ hours for our cold pizza that was not prepared correctly. The Gentleman who answered said hold on let me get the manager. Another gentleman came back on the line and said that they would be willing to fix it and ask how they could fix it. I said I would like a Tuscan pizza and bread sticks. He said he was not able to do that, that he would have to get it approved by his manager. I said I thought he was the manager. The whole time there was a gentleman in the background with a thick accent saying to give me whatever I wanted because he didn't "have time to talk to a difficult customer." I asked to talk to the manager, and the gentleman said, "She would like to speak with you." And the gentlemen with the accent in the background said again that he is busy and doesn't have time to speak with me. I asked the gentleman on the phone what his name was and he said Tio (Teo)? I told him I would be coming into the store to speak with the manager. I brought the pizza with me to the Willow and Nees location and there I met the manager. I believe his name is Amrile? I showed him the pizza and said that this is not what I ordered and this is not what any pizza I have ever seen of Me and Ed's looks like. Read more( PICTURE PROVIDED IS THE DAY AFTER I USED IT AT HOME) I’ve lived in the area for about 4yrs now and never walked into this Me & Ed’s untill this past Saturday (02-22-2025) around 7:00pm-8:00pm , Now I bought a wooden Indian looking pipe from the smoke shop a few doors down and they didn’t give me a bag for it so I took it with me into Me & Ed’s mind you I just bought it wasn’t used at all , So we order and everything is fine until I make it to the soda machine and out pops this disrespectful employee asking “What is that” instead of being professional , so I told him it’s a wooden pipe I just bought from a couple doors down , I honestly feel that this Me & Ed’s and its employees are RACIST , the way we were treated was pretty ridiculous, So he ask that I put in a bag so nobody can see it but I just wrapped it up in a sweater because he didn’t want to give me a bag to put it in and the entire time we were sitting employees continued to walk in the back where we sat , I’ve never seen that many employees just take a stroll to the back at other Me & Ed’s , but my group and I will definitely not support this Me &...

First off, ordered online for dine in, fellow guests with me ordered after and received their food 15 minutes before me and I ordered 10 minutes before them. 2nd, ordered 2 salad bars for my wife and I and when we arrived we noticed they were serving romaine, we asked for a refund because of the current recall on romaine for one of the salad bars, and Tara, rudely stated it’s not romaine it’s iceburg. No where did it state that it was iceberg, and everyone in my party, children to adult all said no way it was iceburg lettuce, and they refused to give us a $7 refund. Any other me-n-Ed’s I go to has been fine, but the one time we go to a different location, we have nothing but problems. Throughly disappointed in management as they witnessed this all happen. After all this, and complaining twice for our pizza as it took 40 minutes to receive, they magically found it on the top of the oven and it had been sitting there from what they said.
