Starbucks has the best roasted espresso coffee to go. Smells great when they grind up the coffee beans. For a long time I've always appreciated the excellent service. When I was still working a few years back I had a early morning service call to attend to at 5:00 A. M. On the way to friant I stopped at Starbucks for a Green Tea being that I was recovering from a flu bug. The supervisor told me they were out and asked if I would accept a different herbal tea which was good with me. I was getting ready to pay for my tea and supervisor on duty was telling me there is no need to pay after I was willing to pay and the supervisor was saying we should've had what you originally asked for so it's on us. I've always had very good service at a Starbucks no matter what location I've gone to. I know they've been around a long time and I hope they're around for many more years to come. Two days in a row my order has been wrong, and that’s just this week. I assume those working have been trained on how to make different drinks, so either there are some employees that just don’t seem to care to pay attention to what they are making, or the training isn’t effective. About 80% of the time I’m having to either take my drink back, or just pour it down the drain. And in a 4 drink order, how is that the only one that’s messed up is the mocha? UPDATE: I go back for a new one, since I poured the first one down the drain today. Once again it’s wrong, they were nice enough to remake and give me a new one. However, it was still wrong! 3 wrong mochas in one day? Corporate, you need to get involved...
Read moreI'm not going to lie I usually have a bad experience at the Starbucks. Every now and then customer service is just terrible and I feel like there is a problem with untrained. But needless to say the guy that helped me today was really really professional. I wasn't really in the mood to talk and I was just grabbing a quick drink for my wife in the Drive-Thru and he kept his personality and energy really high. Even though I wasn't really communicating. Even as I got my drinks through the window is very friendly and had to smile and just kept everything positive. I run a small business myself and honestly that kind of customer service is what more businesses need.
