Pho-ever on a mission to find thee BEST pho! Finally got a chance to try this place. My fiance and I arrived a few minutes right before they opened got greeted as we entered and hand sanitizer is available next to the entrance. First impression this place is very beautiful and clean, the interior decor is very modern just love the aesthetic to this place. They did some rearranging of tables to comply with the social distancing. The staff is super friendly. The menu is very simple and easy to read!
We ordered the pork and shrimp spring rolls, P1 Phoever Special (oxtail, rare, meatball, tripe, flank and brisket) and P2 pho (rare steak, brisket, tendon and tripe), and 2 Vietnamese coffee. Got our orders right away the broth was piping hot, fresh and was so flavorful and delicious excessive toppings and sauces is not necessary (like other places) because the broth itself was already overwhelming with flavor. My fiance is Vietnamese and he said it reminded him of his mother's pho (huge compliment, since he's very particular of the broth!) the Vietnamese iced coffee was hands down one of the best viet coffee I have ever had! The spring rolls was just okay, nothing really special.
Our server was very nice she came and checked on us frequent and Tommy, the owner came to our table a few times to check on us, he was friendly, and he talked about how he makes his pho and the 24 hour process and you could definitely taste the authenticity of his recipe/ broth.
Finance and I have definitely found our new Favorite Pho Place! This place is definitely worth the try! The customer service is outstanding, the place is beautiful and clean and the pho broth is phenomenal! Can't...
Read moreI cannot express how much my mom and I LOVE this spot! The pho broth is absolutely to die for. Always on point, full of flavor... not all watery and soul less like some broths are. I mean, he said it takes HOURS to make this broth and I believe it. The best pho broth always takes so long to make. The fried rice is amazing. We special request it with tofu and it is so full of flavor. Not greasy. You can 100 percent taste the quality ingredients Tommy(the owner who is quite gracious btw) uses in his restaurant. So I recently had the lemongrass chicken, but I asked for chicken breast. They typically make it with thigh meat, but I don’t care for the texture of dark chicken meat. I wasn’t sure how it would come out, but it was one of the most delicious meals I’ve ever ordered from there. I’m still thinking about it.... lol. The staff are always so accommodating and friendly. The owner is there a lot and you can tell he takes pride in his quality service and food. I am happy to patronize a local business like this. In fact, my mom and I try to make it a once a week dinner occasion whether it’s take out or dine in. Oh, the white wine is local and compliments the food superbly. Hands down my favorite Pho spot. Keep it up guys!! Y’all are...
Read moreWe wont go back... Our eggrolls were cold, I don't mean not hot, I mean cold. Especially on the bottom, like they were sitting on ice in the kitchen. When we were served our food, she brought it to the table and hurried away, we had no napkins or utensils. We had to flag someone down. Lots of servers, but very unorganized. They look like little ants running around. Lol. We never saw the same person twice. We ordered the combination plate, which had so much garlic in it, it was nearly inedible.. the shrimp was like eating rubber (the only reason we ate it was lunch was $45, my granddaughter refused to eat lunch). I added a fried egg on top of mine at an additional cost, no biggie. It comes with soup too. Except we didn't get the egg and we were almost done eating when we asked about our soup and the egg. So they brought us a fried egg and our soup just before we left. We didn't try the Pho, I guess I should have, I love it. Maybe would have had a better experience with it. I had high hopes for this new place as its so close to our home, but our experience was so not good, so unfortunately we...
