Crumbl — Restaurant in Clovis

My family and I are decent regulars to try the weekly cookies. We regularly do curbside pick up. However, last night we had a terrible experience. We parked in the designated parking space for curbside. We set the notification that we arrived. We waited approximately 10 minutes, an employee came out to us to ask the qualifying questions to confirm the order was ours. The employee comes to the conclusion that our order had just been given to another man that had walked in to get his order, and he was holding that customers order.The employee went back in to tell the team what happened. He came back out and said they were working on our order and it would be right out. We waited another 15 minutes. My husband then called into the store and the lady that answered said they were working on our order and it would be out in 2 minutes. We waited another 15 minutes and my husband went into the store to find out what was going on, not getting anyone to greet him or help him I called into the store from my car and I got the manager on the phone she apologized over and over and said they have had trouble tonight and they are very busy but that she would deliver the cookies herself out to us. We had already completed our purchase and provided a tip to wait nearly 40 minutes for 4 cookies. Expecting the manager to provide either a coupon or something for the inconvenience and long wait she handed us the cookies and scurried off back into the store. Wow these cookies are AMAZING! They are compliant to social distancing. Small, cute pop up. They have a nice display of all the cookies in the front and they are huge. Being a visual person I love this idea of seeing what they have to offer. The smaller cookie sizes are only for catering. We Got greeted as we entered. The staff was all very enthusiastic and friendly. We ordered the 4 cookies in a box. We chose the salted carmel cheesecake, nutella sea salt, milk chocolate chip, and chilled sugar for $13. They also have a rewards program you can enter your phone # at the kiosk at the time of payment.

Our cookies were ready in about 2 mins it was hot a fresh. I enjoyed them ALL! The cookies just melted in my mouth and was packed with flavors. I love that the cookies were fresh hot, soft and alittle doughy in the center! The salted carmel cheesecake can be alittle overwhelming but I still really enjoyed it! Loved the sugar cookie and how it was cold and soft one of the best I've ever had!

My fiance isn't really into sweet treats but tried all of the cookies and was also surprised he really enjoyed them! He said when he first took the first bite there was no flavor until he started to chew and all the flavors just exploded with each bite!

Overall very pleased with our experience today! Will definitely come back! If you go on their website you can order ahead for same day or future date and time,...

What happened Crumbl? Your customer service, quality, and cleanliness used to be good. Why is the half-dozen cookie box no longer available for purchase? I had to buy a 4-count cookie box because the half-dozen was discontinued? I placed a curbside pick-up order and the employee who brought out my cookies “couldn’t find my car,” for the longest time even though I was parked in the designated parking spot (which has a Crumbl curbside pickup sign). When the employee tried to hand me my box of cookies I noticed there was no happy birthday sticker and no message note as I had indicated in my order. I showed the employee my order form and went back to the store to get a sticker for me, but said the label machine was not working. The box I received had cookie and chocolate smears (not clean) on the outside. The employee disclosed that they are no longer able to pre-build the boxes...maybe the boxes can at least be wiped down so they look clean and presentable? I don’t know what happened, but I was not satisfied with my Crumbl purchase this time. I was embarrassed that I gifted the cookies.
