Taco Bell — Restaurant in Clovis

This is the worst taco bell ever. They skimp on the ingredients. You will literally get stuck in the drive thru for 40 minutes. And I mean the line doesn't move, like at all. This is a regular occurrence. I'm confident they are literally looking to mess up orders on purpose. Talk to the manager and she is completely complacent. Making excuses like they are all trainees or theyre all minors. This has been going on since at least November. So the trainee excuse just doesn't cut it. Or they're short on staff. So I say ok, so as a manager is it not your job to fix these issues? She proceeds to try and talk over me "the entire conversation. Then the same excuses. She was super short with me. Lacked any bit of responsibility whatsoever. Told me she was tired of listening to me complain and said I can get a refund. Which I asked for 5 mins earlier. She then starts to rush me off the phone to which I said wait did you even write my name down? I was met with 30 seconds of silence before she hung up on me. Called 4 times. No answer. On the 5th someone else answered. Clearly intentional. She picks up the phone Give her my name . I was honestly baffled so I was like "do you really think this is what your employer expects from you as a manager? Then she hung up...

So it says they close at 2am. I got there before 1am and went through drive thru. No one answered in the talk box so we went up to the window. Saw no one at the window so I got out and looked inside the drive thru window. I saw a worker and actually made eye contact with her but she was doing something in the kitchen. I saw her walk towards the window so I sat back in my car. Ends up she didnt come to the window so I got out again and then I see a male worker, next to the female, also doing something in the kitchen. I was so confused cause they were not giving me any service at all or at least even clarifying why they're not taking my order. My husband told me to come back inside so when I was gonna sit back down I saw a different female worker! 3 of them in the kitchen and no explanations. As we U-turned out of the drive thru, I could see back into their little window with the 3 of them staring at us drive off. I was so confused and irritated! If someone knows why they did that, please let...

The manager is rude. We asked for the cheesy gordita crunch $5 box. And tells my mother "oh we don't have that box". Which is funny cuz I just asked for that box last week at the same place and had no problem getting it. My mother asked to substitute the chulpa for the cheesy gordita crunch she says ok. How easy is that! Well My mom got home with the boxes and of course they were not the cheesy gordita crunch boxes. So My mother had to go back to taco bell. Then Judilynn C which is supposed to be the manager gives my mother the same lame reason as earlier. They made her pay additional price for 2 cheesy gordita crunch which is supposed to be part of the $5 box. Last I knew, that there is more then one 5 dollar box that we can choose from.
