Bobaology Tea Haus — Restaurant in Fresno

This was literally the best experience I have ever had in a Boba spot in the entire Central Valley of California. I went in there earlier today(1/26/25), around 4:05 pm. Marijayne was the one who helped me. She was absolutely outstanding! She exemplifies and exhibits true professionalism, strong character, and remarkable customer service. She is also so incredibly and insanely beautiful, and she is so incredibly kindhearted, too. She is gem shining brighter than the sun ✨️. The Owner did a fine job hiring her. She is absolutely brilliant at her craft. She makes your drinks made to order so splendidly in a timely manner. She is super helpful as she is super sweet. I am truly grateful for my amazing experience in this particular Boba spot. Marijayne, if you have the opportunity to read this, "please know that I truly appreciate you from the bottom of my heart. This place is clean, and cute and they’re nice. However, my little family and I went and purchased our drinks. My order doesn’t come with boba, but I had ask for boba to be added and paid for it. But when she finish making my drink and it was ready for pick up, I was about to go and grab it did look exactly like the drink I had ordered. But when she had told me that she forgotten to add the boba into it, she took it back to add the boba, and they brought it back to me the drink totally looked different now. I did ask her how come my boba looked different she said because of the boba. My boba was some sorta very colorful 3 different color drink called the lychee peachy drink.I didn’t know that just by adding the boba drinks was going to make such a huge difference’s of a color change. It seemed as if my drink was totally a different type of drink, and felted as if it was switched out to a different drink. I compared it to the photo, and it looked nothing like it. Unfortunately, the pricing at this establishment is inconsistent. During my recent visit, they attempted to charge me $1.50 more per drink compared to my previous five visits for the same drink. I have electronic receipts to verify this discrepancy, which I showed to the staff. It seemed like they were trying to charge me for a specific drink listed on the menu instead of the "build your own" option. I'm not certain if the person assisting me was new, as I hadn't seen her before. However, she didn't seek assistance to rectify the situation. Ultimately, I decided not to complain as it wasn't worth the hassle. This place was simply a lunch spot for me to escape the office, but I'd rather not return and save my money.
