Stop. I understand. Asiatic cuisine, especially Chinese, is usually not worth a damn in America. Here, though, I felt hope. Order the wonton soup. Folks, the wonton has that wonderful texture, and you can see the pinpoints of sesame oil in the broth. It was oustanding and aromatic. Egg rolls were on point and for all that's holy...PLEASE DON'T DOUSE THEM IN SWEET AND SOUR. The Moo Goo Pan chicken was fresh...nuanced...and the flavors were distinguishable. The vegetables were perfectly prepared...and I don't say that lightly.
Try getting that at the feeding trough (most Chinese Buffets).
Ultimately, I rarely choose to spend time heaping praise or disdain on a restaurant. Either they get my business or they dont.
I wrote this review, because I would be terribly upset if they did not get the business they deserve and were forced to...
Read moreI don't have enough stars to give this place. We have moved into the area couple months ago and we always said it looks a little but shady from outside looking. However there are many people recommended this place so I have to try it. The FOOD is excellent. We have traveled to many states many different asian countries and this place absolutely one of the best restaurants we ever tried. We have a veggie dish and Mongolian beef. They are so fresh and so good. The RESTAURANT is so clean I mean like spotless clean and it's surprising us so much since it looks kinda old outside. The SERVICE IS AMAZING. They treat us like family and talk about some stories. I would absolutely recommended this place for everyone ever come by to town. It's an awesome...
Read moreI will start this review off by stating the most important fact regarding Taste of Nations: the food is great. From the street, this restaurant does not present curb appeal and may lead some people astray, but please do not let looks deceive. When I walked in, I was greeted by a man that takes great pride in Chinese food, Patrick. Patrick took every measure to ensure my party of three and I were taken care of. He answered every question we had regarding the menu items and even guided us to some items we wouldn't have generally eaten, but when we did, we were so pleased. I ended up getting the General Tso's chicken, and it was amazing. My wife and I will be making Taste of Nations a regular lunch and dinner spot here in...
