The Kolache shop is a good place to go for kolaches, which i what I ordered. I was driving down to the gulf and this shop was right on the way down, perfect quick stop to get some food for breakfast. The pig sign on the top of the establishment was a very cool and unique to the place, it was very cool. I ordered a sausage and cheese kolache and a cream cheese kolache. The sausage kolache was actual sausage, unlike many other places that use hot dogs instead. I was very happy to take a bit and have that in there and not a hot dog. These kolaches were more squares unlike the longer more rectangular ones at other places. The sausage tasted very good and paired well with the cheese inside the smaller, but still fluffy bread. The cream cheese kolache was very good as well, it had a sweeter taste to it as more of a dessert, which was a different taste than the meat and cheese. I like the different kolache with cream cheese and next time I go there I will have to try one with fruit in it. I recommend this place for people on the way to the beach or just wanting a good kolache from a small but mighty place.

Very good Kolaches!! The ladies are super sweet and get people in and out quickly. We're from out of town so we weren't in a hurry, but we sat and watched as all of the rush hour 'heading to work' people ran in and out and this place runs like a well oiled machine. They sell monsters if your looking for cold energy and coffee, orange juice, milk and several others. We had the sausage & cheese and ham and cheese ones and the cream cheese and a cinnamon roll. Everything was warm and fresh and excellent! The bread tastes homemade and is light and fluffy, with a little bit of crunch on the outside. We will definitely return if we're ever in the area again!!

Delicious kolaches! The bread is so soft & delicious. I tried the sausage & cheese, it was super tasty with plenty of cheese. I also tried the fajita meat one, also really tasty! The sweet cream cheese kolaches are very delicious and do excellent as a dessert.

Down Home Goodness! Stopped by after 1 of my many nights of work. Got a couple Jalapeño Cheese Sausage Link Kolaches. 1 for me, another 2 share. Outta sight! Tried the "Turtle" 4 a lil sweetness, again, Yummy! 😋 Boudin Kolache should have been 1st on my list. I was tired and not sure what I was going 2 get. The fella behind me (that actually was ahead of me that opened the door 4 me upon entry, chivalry is not dead), was going 2 place a large order. I'll get it next time. Kind and courteous service. Clean establishment in the heart of my small hometown. Parking lot was full, always a good sign. Give it a whirl. You will not be disappointed. ...
