I can not begin to say how unsatisfied I am with this pawn shop. I have been doing business as a customer for quite some. And the treatment I have had to endure from ( I will not name names cause it's unprofessional) the lady worker and red head man had been and has been very unwelcoming. Yesterday, August 17 I stopped by to check on my property I had put up for a loan. I admit I forgot to see my ticket for when it was due. So we made an agreement that I could come back and put it up for layaway cause it was my fault. Yes. But it was not put on sales floor at that time then I called to see how much I can put down today August18 and was told IT WAS SOLD!!?? LIKE WT* my heart just sank I had never been so disappointed. They had called us June 30th to let us know we had a layaway payment due. We came in on July 1st and told them to make the minimum payments on all layaways and purchased another item out the door. Today we popped in to make July payments and 1 item was back on the floor. Turns out oops they forgot to add one layaway to the payments we made on June 30th. Will they make it right? Nope offered to put it back on layaway and then argued with us that we made some partial payments (never have) despite me having my bank app open and receipts. Friendly staff, great selection of merchandise the only issue I ever had was when I called to speak to 1 specific person because he's very familiar with us but he was speaking with someone.
