I have been to this restaurant a handful of times and have a story for every time, and I always say this will be the last time I come here. Well I mean it this time! I chose this restaurant again because it was available on the Waitr App and I thought I wouldn’t have to deal directly with them. I placed my order at 11:01am; the food wasn’t available for Waitr to pick up until 12pm, which meant I did not get my food until 12:20pm. When I finally got my food I made sure I had everything. I was missing 3 extra ranches, the jalapeno’s for my nachos and 1-8 combo wing meal. So I called Wings over Texas, told them everything I was missing. The gentleman actually started to argue with me whether or not I ordered extra ranch, it was clearly stated on my receipt I did. Literally In the middle of our conversation I was handed off to a woman “manager” she began to apologize and get the list of missing items from me again, and ask when I would like to pick this up……I paid for delivery through Waitr and waited 1 ½ hrs for my food to arrive. Plus it was my lunch break and didn’t really have enough time. I informed her I would get it but I would never go there again. She apologized and we ended the conversation. Then my manager called back (this was a company lunch) to inform them we would not be coming for the meal, so not to remake it and just to refund us. He started to explain the situation to the employee who answered the phone and the employee stated he was going to check with his manager. My manager overheard the woman “manager” state to her employee “I cannot deal with him now. He will need to call back at 4 to talk to Don”. Very unprofessional, that is the kind of service I always seem to receive at this restaurant. In the end we called Waitr and they refunded for the missing meal, jalapenos and extra ranches. Another incident was when we waited over 30mins before a waiter acknowledged us sitting at the table. The manager came to our table, on his own, apologized and gave us his business card with a 15%discount note for our next visit. When we came back about 3weeks later we tried to use the discount, However, they could no longer honor it because he was no longer with them……… Wing Stop or Buffalo Wild Wings are definitely the better option here. I mean Wings over Texas doesn’t even let you have 2 sauces for a 10 piece! Who...
Read moreOrdered from Waitr delivery app last night around 9:15 or so and by the time we got the food and went to eat the restaurant would have been closed (10pm). My order was wrong, I completely got the wrong wrap. I ordered the chicken tender wrap (chicken tenders, avocado, bacon, tomatoes, cheddar cheese etc) and received a grilled chicken wrap with just lettuce and grated parm (I guess their Caesar wrap). Since it was too late to do anything about it I tried to enjoy it but just really found it flat and boring so I didn't even eat half of the wrap and it put it in the fridge. My husband calls them first thing today to let then know our order was wrong last night thinking it wouldn't be an issue since it was right on our receipt and the app that we ordered the other wrap. Well first off the woman who answered the phone immediately hands the phone off and says "Someone's order was wrong. I'm not dealing with it." Then he spoke to a very rude manager who didn't want to replace the item, saying he gets people just wanting free food all the time. After telling him that we have half the food right here and we can bring it with us along with the receipt he begrudgingly agreed that he would "tell his cooks to make another" after he sees it, and that he "normally wouldn't do this since it's not the day we ordered it but he understands the store does close at night". What?? My husband brought the wrap in and the guy says "Oh you ate the fries." So he proceeds to tell his people multiple times not to include fries in the order and makes a point of taking the uneaten half of the wrap. I am just shocked that this is how they think they should be running a restaurant. If the restaurant gives us the wrong food it should be standard to replace it and not patronize the customer. We order from them via Waitr all the time and we will not be after this. I still can't believe the way they acted like we had done something wrong when they...
Read moreWent with a bunch of family and I ordered their burger with the fried egg on it and avocado and when they brought out a burger to me it was literally still bleeding so when I told the waitress if she can take it back because it wasn’t cooked all the way through she responded with “that’s not how you wanted it” 😳 no ma’am, it’s not. So they take it back and bring out another one.. I cut it completely in half and it was good but after I took a couple bites I realized it wasn’t even what I ordered. 🤦🏽♀️ they brought me a bacon classic burger and so when I told the waitress she replied with “oh I’m sorry I’ll let my manager know he will take it off your bill” I said ok. 20 minutes later she comes by and said she spoke with the manager and they told her to do half off. Which I said okay. Then when I go to pay I realize it was still on there. I asked her what happened with that and she responded with well the burger you got was a dollar cheaper than the one you originally ordered so I was told to just leave the whole amount on there.. at this point I’m irritated because bloody meat, wrong order, now I’m being told 3 different things from this waitress. Let me remind you.. they didn’t fix the order for me to get the one I wanted, didn’t even offer. So I responded back to her saying “like why was I told it was going to be taken off if was didn’t plan on it. First you said full refund then half off then oh it’s 1$ cheaper so pay the whole thing.. 13$ for a burger that wasn’t even what I ordered.. not even close to what I ordered.. like I shouldn’t have been told that” she literally rolled her eyes and said yeah ok and walked off” Rude, unprofessional, slow, cold, not cooked all the way through food. Highly don’t...
