Castañeda's Mexican Food — Restaurant in Coachella

Ive had my last straw with this place. I normally order the enchiladas plate. They are cheese enchiladas so i have to add beef to them. At least 5 times in the last 8 visits (yes i eat their a lot) they have forgotten my beef. (Yes im unhappy with their food a lot) i once returned because i dont particularly like cheese enchiladas. They replaced it that time. This time i ordered the usual. "Can i get the #13 with Beef enchiladas?" Then was asked if i wanted cheese. I didnt know what that meant. So i asked, "what do you mean?" I was given a choice of beef, chicken, or cheese. I said "beef". She said "what?" I said "beef". She said "beans?" I spoke louder and said "BEEF, B...E..E..F". She said i didnt have to be rude. I was like whoa whoa whoa. I was literally clarifying my words so she could get it right. This was Elizabeth. Very rude. Accused me of being rude and just talking over any explication i was giving. Said i could tell the Manager. Well manager! Here you go im letting you know! I came to taco Mart instead. Ill be heading there from now on for my late night dinners. They are cheeper by 5 dollars and more food. Taco Mart way better. Businesses need support right now. Perhaps...

Very disappointed at this establishment. Very unprofessional and I was harassed to the point I kept feeling like I was stealing for no reason. When I tried explaining it. They didn’t even properly do their research and jump to being super rude. No very nice and I liked coming to this place for some of their platters but after last night never again. I don’t feel appreciated and not recommending this place to anyone anytime soon for this reason. Way to pick on someone trying to move forward from cancer. Not cool at all. Food is Excellent ! Combo Meals and Variety for Price is also Great !! I've eaten at 3 different restaurants near my home, the only disappointing thing was at the Coachella, Ca. Restaurant. I had to move 4 times before even Enjoying my meal, due to the tables being Wobbly.... Twice I spilled some of my drink, due to how wobbly tables were. Also the Men's Restroom didn't have any seat covers and could have used a basic cleaning. There were at least 5-6 employees on site.
