Don't do it. Go with Geos or La Piazzawhatever or Little Caesars if you don't mind picking it up. I ordered a deep dish pizza with toppings from their online menu. They sent the wrong pizza. I called and told them what I got and they confirmed that they delivered the wrong pizza to me. They then informed me that they haven't had a topping I ordered for three years. The key topping for me in this case. Anchovies Still on the online menu though. Three toppings I didn't order were on the pizza. None that I ordered. They offered to refund the price of the topping they didn't have and give me a credit for the pizza that had nothing I wanted on it. Store credit. For drinks or whatever. A complete refund of the price of the pizza with an apology would have been the correct response. But instead they were disrespectful and belligerent.
How excited was I about the pizza I ordered and waited 90 minutes for? Very. How annoyed am I at the result of this customer service interaction? Also, very. The pizza I did get was also so soggy I'm amazed the bottom of the box didn't give out.

Called back and ordered another pizza that could be made. I also ordered onion rings and mozzerella sticks along with the large cheese and sausage pizza and a cherry pepsi and reg. Pepsi. It was awhile before the food came. No problem there either. My problem was. I received a call from the driver. I met her outside. It was freezing out. I dont know what happened between my order and it being delvered. But, it was cold, the pizza, the onion rings and mozzerella sticks. And, no sodas. It was well past 9 and store was closed. I receive a call from driver about sodas. I said dont bother. The food came cold. I'll be calling tomorrow. She apologized. I appreciate that but it doesnt make up for cold food. I call next day. Talk to supposed supervisor. Explained the disappointment. He said he would credit back my bank and he also apologized. No credit back to my bank card and still out 2 sodas I paid for plus a 6 dollar tip. Totally disappointed. Still waiting for...

Today I ordered my food and 5 minutes before it was supposed to be here they call me and say theyāre adding $3 to the already $1 and some odd cent delivery fee. I paid with a credit card already tipping $5. So.... $9 to delivery food? Ridiculous. Absolutely Ridiculous. And itās always cold by the time it gets here. Do yourself a favor and avoid this Rosatiās. The Minooka, Channahon and Braidwood ones are all great. I havenāt had a bad experience at any of those. Iāve been a Rosatiās customer for over 20 years (in other towns) and am a fan of the food. In fact many years ago many of our friends worked for them. This one... consistently terrible. I never leave reviews, thatās how consistently terrible they are. To get my lazy self to leave a review.
