McDonald's — Restaurant in Coalinga

During a trip to Monterey, Ca. for my son's birthday, I stopped off at this location after driving for two hours and while waiting on the food I ordered for my two children, wife and myself, my two year old son needed his diaper changed, so I went to the register and asked a women, who wore a Las Vegas Raiders face mask respectfully, if they had a diaper changing table in the bathroom, and she replied with a really unprofessional/bad attitude, "No, and you can't change a baby's diaper anywhere else in this restaurant either." I couldn't understand how someone is allowed to work in anyplace, let alone a major fast food chain with such atrocious customer services skills. I let her know that she has an ugly attitude and shouldn't work in any customer service capacity at all and I also informed the manager of the incident and she didn't seem really to concerned about the workers conduct. It was an all around bad experience, it left me irritated, I wasn't able to enjoy my meal and we had to change my son's diaper in the car. I highly regret spending my money there and would have been better off spending $50 anywhere, but here. My family owns a few restaurant's and if any of the workers talked to any customers disrespectfully, they would be fired. I treat people with dignity and distance myself from anyone that can't do the same. Upon looking at your reviews, I see this is an ongoing problem at this location, so I don't see any real change taking place here and if it doesn't, then I hope...

So I went to go get my free educators breakfasts meal and made an order the girl who took my order told me my meal was free after I told her ok when I went to pick up my order up on the second window the manager came running to me telling me my order was not free because what I order was not apply to the deal and I was like ok all pay for it and can I get my free meal and she said give me ur card and i gave it to her then shes like what do you want and I said whatever apply to the deal. Then she told me you have to be at work to get this meal but all give it too you this time after I showed her my work Id sadly due to the pandemic we have not had picture day to get our new updated ids for this year. She was rude I regret getting the free breakfast. If this is the way we are going to be thankful all rather not get a free breakfast...

Man oh man, can't really say much good about this McDonald's in Coalinga. We are regulars there. We always order "cook to order" in drive threw. We are always willing to wait. Our food majority of the time isn't cooked to order always sloppy always way to much. One manager he's a younger guy, he's got a burst fade or frohawk sometimes with designs on the side. Unprofessional... one time I went in to see if my order was completed after their mistakes, he didn't realize I was by the counter and kept running his mouth to the employees about my wife and I. The look on his face when he seen me standing there. An older lady manager wears glasses she's very helpful kind and professional. I never really go inside, it's always filthy in the lobby. Try not to ask for salt on your burger or your get and overdose... I asked only ketchup not...
