If your hungry for some hibachi Snows is definitely the place you want to visit. I haven’t reviewed this restaurant yet so today’s the first of many. After sampling almost everything they have to offer this place definitely is not dissatisfying. You can find SNOW’s Asian Grill in the small but quaint little town of Cochran. Though the town is small this place offers big taste as if you had your very own personal chef. I selected to have the chicken and noodle. The pasta noodles were cooked to perfection absorbing the flavors they incorporate into the dish. Perfectly balanced with a fresh vegetable melody consisting of broccoli that has a unique texture of both blanched and slightly crunchy which pairs nicely with the al dente' noodles. Included as well is Sautéed onions with a hint of Sesame oil and Julianne carrots. Also picture below are two of their pork stuffed egg rolls that is served along with a side of Yum Yum sauce made in house.Overall another happy customer who will definitely give this place six...
Read moreThis was my first visit to this clean and friendly restaurant. It was recommended by a coworker in Chester, GA, so after a long day at the clinic, I had an early dinner in Downtown Cochran. The “yum sauce” was thicker than I’ve had at other Asian restaurants and the little container included with the meal was not enough. For an extra quarter, I bought a second container of sauce and that was plenty. The waitress was very accommodating and the oldies music made for a relaxing meal. I learned that the best night to eat here is Friday. They serve Vietnamese Pho soup only on that night. Well, there’s my reason to...
Read moreTonight we ate Snow’s for the first time in over a year and now I remember why. I got the chicken entree and still can’t figure out what exactly the meat was. It was dark, hard and slimy and looked nothing like any chicken I’ve ever eaten before. My friend got the steak entree which was better but the rice was so salty we could hardly eat it and the vegetables consisted of one slice of zucchini, one piece of carrot and the rest was cabbage. I really like the people here, great service and super friendly, but the food has been so bad the last two times we’ve eaten here. I hate it because I love supporting local establishments but I can’t keep spending money on food and having to throw it away after only...
