Acai Express is a true gem in the realm of acai bowls and healthy treats. Nestled in a cozy corner of town, this establishment exudes a vibrant and welcoming ambiance that immediately draws you in. Upon entering, the tantalizing aroma of fresh fruits and organic ingredients fills the air, setting the stage for a delightful culinary experience. One of the standout features of Acai Express is their commitment to using only the finest, premium quality ingredients. Each acai bowl is a work of art, meticulously crafted with care and attention to detail. The acai itself is rich, creamy, and bursting with flavor, serving as the perfect base for a symphony of toppings that range from succulent berries to crunchy granola and everything in between. But what truly sets Acai Express apart is the exceptional customer service provided by Maddie. From the moment you place your order to the final spoonful of acai goodness, Maddie goes above and beyond to ensure that your experience is nothing short of extraordinary. Her warm smile and genuine enthusiasm are infectious, making you feel like a valued guest rather than just another customer. Maddie's extensive knowledge of the menu allows her to make personalized recommendations based on your preferences, ensuring that you find the perfect acai bowl to satisfy your cravings. Her efficiency and attention to detail are unmatched, as she skillfully assembles each bowl with precision and finesse. Moreover, Maddie's passion for health and wellness shines through in her interactions with customers. She takes the time to educate patrons about the nutritional benefits of acai and the importance of making mindful choices when it comes to food. Her dedication to promoting a healthy lifestyle is truly inspiring and adds a special touch to the overall dining experience at Acai Express. In conclusion, Acai Express is a haven for acai enthusiasts and health-conscious individuals alike, offering a delectable array of acai bowls that are as visually stunning as they are delicious. And with Maddie at the helm, providing exceptional service with a smile, a visit to Acai Express is not just a meal—it's a memorable journey of flavor, wellness, and hospitality that you won't soon forget.

I recently heard about this place. And since I used to live in Hawai'i where acai bowls are a fairly popular item, I had to check it out and compare. Quality was similar, so I was pleased with that. Prices were exactly the same, so a bit higher than I expected. That was the only major downside. There are only a couple minor things I would change. The acai was mostly frozen, so it wasn't so enjoyable vs if it were a liquid. Also, throw some organic honey in the mix, & try rolled oats instead of granola! Overall, a nice little place with items that reminded me of home. Will definitely be coming back.

Oh my word!!! I'm not sure if this is a chain or just a local establishment, but what a wonderful find this was for us. My girls love Acai bowls, but this establishment also offers pitaya (dragonfruit) and a coconut base (made with coconut cream) and all 3 were DELICIOUS! They have tons of fresh fruit and they literally slice it right before it goes in your bowl. The employees were pleasant, not overly friendly, but pleasant enough. The food more than made up for the service. We would definitely return here again!

Açaí Express- Cocoa Beach-- 3-Stars

After having struck out horribly while dining in the local Hilton's establishments, I was discouraged and still in the hunt for some edible delectables here in the land of NASA, Capt. Nelson and his beloved Jeannie when I stumbled upon Acai Express on Orlando Avenue in Cocoa Beach.

With the Acai fad exploding all over the US and the world, it's a bit hard not to run into one these days. From the outside it looked like a yogurt and/or one of those health nut, I mean health food joints, however; I was hungry, I had never tried one before, they had a fair-sized crowd (always a good sign) and it looked clean so I shrugged off any apprehensions I may have harbored and stepped inside. Once I did so, I immediately felt like a bastard at a family reunion as I was clearly in a "hipster" joint. I'm not saying every guy in there had a man-bun and a beard, but if someone told me they were reshooting Kurosawa's masterpiece "Seven Samurai" nearby I would have nodded, "of course they are". I stepped to the counter and told the server that it was my first time here and I wasn't sure what to order. She welcomed me with a vacant stare and explained how the menu board worked all the while I was half expecting her to give me a participation certificate for approaching the counter and speaking. Upon further examination of said menu board, I ordered their Mega Bowl which consists of all the hipster buzzword foods of the day: Acai, coconut oil, granola, banana and all the fruits. It was blended with craft and actually quite enjoyable on the palate. Big Boy says, "If you're not afraid of hipsters and can stand the site of a man-bun, head on into Acai Express for some good anti-oxidant smoothies, you won't be disappointed, unless, of course, you are sporting a man-bun then I am sure you will find something to be negative about. 3 stars." P.S. I am still awaiting my participation certificate to arrive...

This place is usually awesome! I’ve never had to wait more than 5 minutes for anything, and it always taste great. I would give 5 stars, however, I went in there today and a little blonde girl took my order. I was looking around for a paper menu, which was always there before but not this time so I was squinting to read the menu because I’m extremely near-sighted and didn’t have my glasses. Finally, after her watching me struggle to read it I just ask if the Marley bowl is the one with hemp seeds. I figured hemp- Bob Marley... anyways, she says yes, so I order it. Another girl makes a bowl with a HUGE glob of peanut butter on top(which I can’t stand and it bothers my stomach) and brings it over. I said OH NO! Is there more than 1 with hemp seeds? She said “yea there’s also the surfer bowl”.Which has fruit and coconut on top(the one I wanted) She apologized which was nice considering she’s not the one who took my order. I just took it because I didn’t want her to have to make another and they were busy. I ended up only eating half of the açaí off the bottom of the bowl because the peanut butter flavor was overpowering any banana or anything from the top. I would have been better off going to Publix, buying a pack of frozen Açaí and some fruit and making my own. Someone with good customer service skills would have mentioned that there were 2 with hemp when I asked about it, noting that there’s also PB since so many people are allergic. Or, even easier, handing me a menu after watching me struggle to squint and read...
