Cocoa Rapid Repair — Local services in Cocoa

So friendly, and so helpful. Because of holiday the had to order part, it wont be in until Jan 11 before they can do my repair, I'll be back here after repair to hopefully add 5th star

Update: due to covid(?) They were unable to get part after ordering it twice. Refunded my money. So unfortunately I cannot review the quality of their work.

Update 2: I was able to get the parts, once they arrived I took it up there and they only charged me $25 to fix it. Tablet is working like new. He did tell me that several screws were missing and a few other issues under the hood that previous owner had obviously tried to fix things incorrectly. But no offer to replace screws or fix their mistakes, but Tablet has been working fine for over two years so I was satisfied...

This man has repeatedly been doing bad business and tore a home button. Then he proceeded to claim he didn't do it. Then on top of it all he almost caused a fire in a phone by leaving plastic inside of it that has to be removed before installing his D-grade parts he uses in customers devices. We have picture proof. And the customer will attest to this as well. She called so mad and didn't even want to go back to him. This Joe guy said. "I don't give a damn what the customer thinks or wants, I'm right their wrong". So yea go else where claims in business for 26 years but has EST. On front of business that says 2006. Learn math man. Took my moms phone here to the guy with one leg. Now i know why to never go back! This dude repaired the phone but after 2 days of use my moms phone did this! So I'm assuming he used to much heat and ruined the inside of the phone and now it wont work. What kind of one legged man would not fix this......worked fine before he did stuff to it now it does not. Wont answer my calls.
