Chick-fil-A has always had a very long lines. So much so that I had to call law enforcement because they actually block the roadway the rest of the shopping plaza. I feel bad for the Chick-fil-A workers, as they are always outside in the heat, and they take orders, and then they put a small little number placard on your Temptation windshield wiper. All the things they are doing are to improve the efficiency and redesigned the entire drive-thru experience. That works! But at the cost of the employee. Some of the employees are not wearing their yellow vest, which creates a huge safety issue. Some of them are so tired that they don't even look and Crossing between cars as the cars are moving. Tempted somebody from Chick-fil-A should organize and form a collective bargaining agreement between Chick-fil-A and the employees. The food is spectacular, always fresh and they never mess up the orders. Everyone seems to be friendly, with the exception of the outside workers. I don't know about this location, but I do remember the Pembroke Pines location at the corner of Flamingo and Pines Boulevard, they had the cash register outside, yes, outside. That was a crime waiting to happen. To steer out of it now, I think that day keep cash on them what's again, they can be easily Rob's, and then if they have too much money on them I think they go back inside to a main safe. Again, I cannot be certain, but that's a far better Improvement then what they were doing a year ago at The Pines of flamingo store. Overall, the line was quickly, the food is delicious, consistently. I love their new macaroni and cheese. And their salads are amazing. The fast 40 days they are closed on Sundays, because it is a Christian owned organization so they believe that the Sabbath is on Sunday. When in all actuality it's on Saturday. But I truly believe that as long as you have one full day of rest, and you honor God that day more so than any other day. We should all be honoring God everyday, but always make sure to keep the Sabbath day holy. It's actually one of the Ten Commandments. In this day and age people have to work on weekends, but everyone has at least one day off during the week. Make that day your Sabbath, make sure to immerse yourself in the Bible and read God's word. Because he's coming for judgment soon. Give Elohim, the god of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob, the reverence and the respect that he deserves. He is so holy, there is no one Holier then he who comes to Earth in human flesh, in Matthew 26 lives for 34 years on planet Earth and experiences man suffering, begins his ministry at age 33 or 34, shows people Miracles and signs of Wonder, some to believe and some don't believe. And then he actually dies on the cross, horrific death, in order to bore the sins of the world unto him. That is the ultimate sacrifice show lamb. This is why there is no more sacrifices in the Jewish religion, because there's no more atonement for there sins, because there's no more sacrifices. So all their sins build up. Anyhow, heading back to the restaurant, they still do not have Dining Services. Everything is drive-thru. Enjoy and make sure to tip the workers that are outside. They are wearing masks, in the Heat and walking around for 8 hours shifts. That's...
Read moreUpdate: 12/4/23 visited this location today as I've been doing since my last review. Like always I placed my order via my mobile app and parked at curbside to retrieve my order. When the spanish female (leah) came out with my order she took it to another car as she stared at me. When she finally realized she was at the wrong car, she came over and was extremely rude and obnoxious to me. I killed her rudeness with kindness. Upon arriving home and noticing something floating in one of my drinks (I'm thinking it's a piece of lettuce) I realized there was a roach in my drink. HOW DISGUSTING!!!!! when fixing the drink she had to have noticed it as it was at the top of the drink just floating around. I'm disturbed and disgusted. Called back to speak to a manager and they tried to give me the run around at first. Then I was able to speak with a Timothy who was extremely apologetic. I honestly never want to order from them again. Normally chick fil a's customer service is elite but today, it was everything but. I couldn't even eat my salad. Such a waste of food, drinks and my money.
Visited chik fil a today after leaving work to bring dinner home for my son and I. We order from this location on a regular and there is always something wrong with our order. Today like all the other times was no different. Placed my order online for curbside around 4:30-4:45. Made it to chikfila to pick up my order around 4:50pm. I honestly did not receive my order till after 5:30pm and the place wasn't packed and saw literally 20 cars come and go with their orders in curbside. I had to call inside to inform them my order had yet to arrive and the manager i spoke with asked for my name, placed me on hold to look it up and came back stating he had found the order. He confirmed my order and apologized. Let's just say when I got home my order was still wrong. Horrible, horrible horrible service. For the time I spent waiting, I should have received some kind of compensation. Something! I'm thinking really hard about stopping my visits as this isnt the the first time having an issue...
Read moreThe customer service has gone down tremendously. Your employee Fallon's customer service has got to be the epitome of nothing more than distasteful. On numerous of occasions, she has been rude, showed a bad attitude, and I've never heard her say you're welcome or my pleasure. I usually order a gallon of sweet tea and I always end up waiting for over 10-15 minutes. Tonight I ordered a gallon as well as two orders of fries and was told once again to pull in the waiting area to wait for the gallon of tea again. Before I pulled off, I verified how long the wait would be. With her usual attitude, she told me that it would be a few minutes. I waited an additional 5 minutes and ended up having to walk up to the drive thru and asked how long it was going to be. Fallon stated "It's late and we're about to close, so that's why". I told her that she told me that it was only going to be a few minutes. She replied "Well we have to make it". No apology for the inconvenience, no sense of urgency, and had the audacity to have an attitude. I am a general manager of a restaurant and there is no way I would have an employee like her engaging with my customers. She is a prime example of why businesses lose money because of her severe lacking of BASIC customer service. If she dislikes her job so much that she has to ruin the guests experience, then she should find another one. To add more fuel to the fire, my fries were cold. I will be requesting a full refund regarding...
