Ordered poke for the first time today after my siblings were really wanting to have some good poke for dinner. We all ordered online so I can’t share how my service was and I didn’t join them picking up the food so I can’t speak on the atmosphere either. What I can talk about is the bowl i got. I did the build your own with two proteins which was just salmon since I’m a salmon girly. I did sushi rice with all kinds of vegetables and sauces. I got super excited to try my bowl I see there’s a lot of good reviews. I must say I was so let down when I saw my bowl. You don’t see the fish because they decided to burry it under the two pounds of rice and veggies and then if you mix the bowl you’ll find a small portion of fish sadly. You really are paying for rice and all the toppings if you request a lot. I did ask for a few different sauces mixed in and drizzled in but my bowl is rather on the drier side. It has some good flavor of whatever they put which wasn’t much but they forgot to drizzle the spicy mayo on top which I definitely requested and I believe soy. I really tasted soy and no other sauces I wanted. I guess they got super judgemental or offended with my request that they decided to do their own thing and skip everything I requested. I definitely don’t know if they only do this for online orders but that’s kinda wrong if that’s the case and make more effort for people who order at the store. Theres a slight possibility I could come back for the in store experience to see if it’s better or still the same.

I’m really torn with this place! I love their concept and their menu and design but man are the prices really ridiculous! I spent 80 something for just me and my cousin. Seriously I could’ve gone to a really nice sushi restaurant were I would’ve received full service with waitresses, hostess and a sushi chef. But this place has kids taking your order that literally are as slow as molasses, the food is already prepped in a line for them all they have to do is spoon it in a bowl for you but it takes for ever, god forbid you as for a drink like a boba that took every longer… I was in utter shock. Not to mention that everyone that was working their hated their job intensely or maybe their life I’m not sure but they were not happy to be there, and when I shared that with some friends and family they all agreed that every time they’ve gone that the staff were really unpleasant and hated their jobs so hopefully one day they fix that. I always say if the owners would train their employees like chick fil a does then they’d have some fine establishments. Great service does a lot for your place if you don’t have amazing service then people will have no problem going to get food at one of the other million restaurants surrounding you. Their food is also good here but not so amazing that I’d go back with the service and price you have to pay. Which really sucks because I wanted to try their dole whip, but I can make it at home it’s just fun to try, lol! So hopefully your visit is a million times better than mine!

Crave is an absolute gem of a poke restaurant that brings fresh flavors and warm hospitality together in the best way possible. From the moment you step in, you’re greeted by the bright, clean interior with eye-catching murals that give the space a vibrant and inviting vibe. Joe and Kelly, the wonderful owners, truly go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. The care they put into every aspect of their restaurant is evident, from the spotless environment to the thoughtfully crafted menu. The food is nothing short of fantastic. The Spam Musubi was a perfect balance of savory and sweet, and the Tuna Poke was incredibly fresh, with a delightful mix of textures and flavors. We also don’t miss the Takiyaki balls! The kids had To top it all off, the pineapple Dole Whip was a refreshing and nostalgic treat that brought the meal to a perfect close. Whether you’re a poke enthusiast or just looking for something new and satisfying, Crave is a must-visit. I can’t wait to come back for another incredible meal!

It was a warm summer evening when I decided to venture out and try a new poke and boba restaurant that had recently opened up in my neighborhood. As I approached the establishment, I was immediately struck by its modern and inviting ambiance. The exterior was sleek and minimalist, with large windows that allowed passersby to catch a glimpse of the vibrant and trendy interior.

As I stepped through the doors, I was greeted by a friendly and attentive host who welcomed me with a genuine smile. They quickly checked my reservation and escorted me to my table, which was situated in a prime spot near the back of the dining room. The table was impeccably set, with a clean and contemporary design that complemented the overall aesthetic of the restaurant.

Once seated, a knowledgeable and personable server approached my table and introduced themselves. They inquired about my familiarity with poke and boba, and then proceeded to provide an in-depth overview of the menu, highlighting the restaurant's signature dishes and recommending combinations that they felt would best suit my tastes. I was impressed by their extensive knowledge of the cuisine and their genuine interest in ensuring that I had an exceptional dining experience.

As I perused the menu, I was struck by the diverse and innovative offerings. The restaurant's commitment to using fresh, high-quality ingredients was evident in the thoughtfully crafted poke bowls and boba tea selections. After much deliberation, I decided to start with a classic poke bowl, featuring sashimi-grade tuna, a variety of fresh vegetables, and a flavorful marinade.

The poke bowl was beautifully presented, with each ingredient carefully arranged to create a visually stunning dish. The first bite was a revelation – the tuna was incredibly fresh and flavorful, the vegetables were crisp and vibrant, and the marinade had the perfect balance of sweet, salty, and tangy notes. I was thoroughly impressed by the level of care and attention that had gone into the preparation of this dish.

After savoring the poke bowl, I decided to indulge in a refreshing boba tea. The server guided me through the extensive selection of flavors and toppings, and I ultimately settled on a classic milk tea with tapioca pearls. When the drink arrived, I was captivated by the vibrant color and the enticing aroma that wafted from the cup.

The first sip was a delight – the milk tea was creamy and perfectly sweetened, and the chewy tapioca pearls added a delightful textural contrast. As I continued to sip and savor the boba tea, I couldn't help but appreciate the attention to detail that had gone into its preparation. The flavors were well-balanced, and the overall experience was both refreshing and satisfying.

Throughout the meal, the server remained attentive and responsive, refilling my water glass, inquiring about my satisfaction, and offering suggestions for additional menu items to try. Their genuine interest in ensuring my enjoyment was palpable, and I felt truly valued as a customer.

As I prepared to depart, I couldn't help but reflect on the exceptional level of service and the quality of the food I had experienced. It was clear that the restaurant had put a great deal of thought and effort into creating a dining experience that was not only delicious but also visually appealing and attentive to the needs of its patrons.

In conclusion, my experience at this poke and boba restaurant was truly exceptional. From the moment I stepped through the door to the final sip of my boba tea, I was treated with the utmost care and attention. The restaurant's commitment to quality, creativity, and customer satisfaction was evident in every aspect of my dining experience, and I left feeling truly satisfied and...

Here is a food review for the restaurant Crave Poke in Coral Springs, Florida, with a focus on the service provided by worker Ricardo:

Crave Poke: A Delightful Taste of the Islands, Elevated by Exceptional Service

As a frequent visitor to Coral Springs, Florida, I've had the pleasure of trying out many of the local dining establishments. However, my recent experience at Crave Poke has truly stood out, thanks in large part to the exceptional service provided by one of their team members, Ricardo.

Crave Poke is a modern, inviting restaurant that specializes in the delicious and refreshing Hawaiian dish of poke. From the moment I stepped through the door, I was greeted with a warm smile and friendly welcome from Ricardo, who immediately made me feel at home.

The menu at Crave Poke is diverse, allowing customers to customize their perfect poke bowl. I opted for the signature Crave Bowl, which features a base of sushi rice topped with fresh ahi tuna, creamy avocado, crunchy cucumber, tangy pickled onions, and a variety of flavorful toppings. The fish was impeccably fresh, with a delicate texture and a perfect balance of flavors.

What truly elevated my dining experience, however, was the attentive and knowledgeable service provided by Ricardo. He took the time to explain the menu in detail, offering recommendations and answering all of my questions with enthusiasm and expertise. His genuine passion for the food and his desire to ensure that I had a memorable experience were evident in every interaction.

Throughout my meal, Ricardo checked in on me regularly, refilling my water, inquiring about my satisfaction, and even offering suggestions on how to best enjoy the various components of my poke bowl. His attention to detail and commitment to providing exceptional customer service were truly impressive.

In addition to the delicious food and Ricardo's outstanding service, the overall ambiance of Crave Poke was also noteworthy. The restaurant's bright, modern decor and relaxed atmosphere created the perfect setting for a casual yet satisfying dining experience.

My boyfriend and I went here for lunch based on the positive reviews. I’ve been to Poké places before but my boyfriend hasn’t. My boyfriend ordered a large bowl and I got a regular size to dine in. The prices were truly insane. Fifty cents for each sauce, fine I get it. Then for 1/4 of an avocado, it was $2. The avocado looked bad (it was precut into fours) and that is very extreme ($8 for ONE avocado). We both got chicken on our bowls (which was cut into less than appetizing looking cubes) and for some reason, the chicken tasted fishy (the probably mixed bowls with one that had been for fish). The toppings didn’t wow me (I’ve been places where they have a lot better options). The employee was a nice person but she also put two toppings my boyfriend didn’t ask for on his bowl (we didn’t say anything because we didn’t want to be difficult). Before we pay, we also decided to get “dessert” and asked for pineapple dole whip and the donuts they offer. Our bill came out to over $50 (before tip, which we still tipped of course). I was flabbergasted that for two people it was around $60+. Whatever, we sit down to eat and I have to say I have never instantly regretted a purchase like I did then. If the food was mind blowing, I wouldn’t mind the price point at all. But the bowls were something I could’ve made at home. The donuts were delicious I have to say and the dole whip was okay (a little too zesty but still decent). I totally respect people in the food industry and I am usually never a complainer. I am the type of person who you can get my entire order wrong usually and I will smile and tell you it’s great. But I honestly felt very put off by the quality and price. I will never come back here again, it’s just not worth it...
