On Sunday 1/9/22 I arrived at Cellular 4 PM to meet with my salesperson to pick up my Apple 13 Pro. After signing the necessary paperwork, including for the trade-in of my Apple 11, she proceeded to start programming the new phone. I was told it should take about a hour. Over two hours later the data transfer continued. Note that I had a large number of emails which she acknowledged going in. When the transfer was completed I had about 10% of the emails on my current phone. She reinstalled the email account and attempted other ways to retrieve the emails but to no avail. She seemed to have no idea of how to resolve the issue. In fact, she the asserted I didn't have the number of emails she previously noted my having. The phone I was turning in also lost about 90% of the emails originally on it. She said she did not touch my current phone and it was not her fault. I then asked her to send me a text, which she did but I didn't receive. After a hour or so she and an associate indicated I should go home and the emails will come back overnight. This was very concerning since now both phones were messed up. Also, most of the features we never had an opportunity to review or install due to the issue with the emails/texts. I suggested she contact Apple and she said I should do it. She indicated she did her job by programing the phone to work and she was unable (i.e. untrained) to assist further.. At this point it was about 7:15 PM and she wanted to leave and told me the store was closing and I have 10 minutes to leave. I was waiting to see if the transfer was going smoothly and wanted to get at least 25% transferred before leaving. After ten minutes passed she said I must leave but I first had to pay her $105 for the programming of the phone and tax. I objected to paying the fee due the excessive time spent there and now having two phones with issues. I proceeded to call the Sun-Sentinel to report this issue when she asked her associate to call 911 to have me ARRESTED. She then told me she would cut off my phone service if I did not pay. Threatened by Cellular Sales calling the police and turning off my phone I paid the amount requested and left without saying a word. I still have the same issue with the phone and trying to have Apple help resolve. I strongly recommend you do not buy from Cellular Sales since the salespeople apparently only sell phones and not service. They have; since my last visit, somehow changed over from a COMPANY to some sort of a FRANCHISE or something of that nature. The organization of the "so-called" store has changed completely.
They no longer have phones out (that you can pick up, actually try out, see how they feel and test them… you have to go REQUEST a phone. The Employee goes to the back of the like shoe (like a shoe department of a store) and brings out a box with the phone you requested.
They open it in front of you and ATTEMPT to NOT even PUT it in YOUR HAND and just SHOW it to you WITHOUT even TURNING ON the screen. It's really ridiculous!
I'm going to adjust my rating down to 2 stars on this.
Look up an ACTUAL COMPANY STORE ( give them a call ahead of time to verify it) before you go to Verizon in the future. I've been a customer for decades and this "New Concept" is really sickening.
The Personnel are friendly and greet you as soon as you come in the door (but are not high-pressure - like a used car salesman). An example: they will, of course, offer you accessories (like a case,… ); but if you tell them that you don't want anything because you can get them cheaper on Amazon or Ebay - they WON'T pressure you or talk about how much better theirs is... I find that very refreshing!

I though Verizon is to expensive for me,by doing with my homework’s I learn Verizon has the some unlimited plans for $50 a month like every other company out there, I literally pay with Verizon few $$ less that I will pay with T Mobile or Sprint, Honestly I was surprised - 5 stars to that ! I end up paying few $$ less for the best wireless service you can get out there with amazing service!
