Food was typical for subway - nothing spectacular, or horrible. Service was ok - The woman was nice, but was also distracted by co-workers and other guests.
Unfortunately, the rest of my comments are negative:
First, the parking lot is small. We had to wait for people to pull out before be could pull in, and then wait for another to pull out before we could get into a parking spot.
Second, my husband and I arrived and was waiting for service, when a man walked in behind us. The woman at the counter addressed him before us and stated "I feel sooo bad for her... she is really sick". She then called to a co-working in the back room to tell her that "so and so" is here. I was REALLY hoping he was there to pick up his sick friend and bring her home... nope. The woman walked out from the back with a red face and watery eyes. He handed her an energy drink, they spoke for a while, and he left.
Third: While we were eating out sandwiches, the "sick" woman came out from the back and started making sandwiches for new customers that had arrived. Ummm.....
I REALLY HOPE she was just hung over and did not have...
Read moreThe manager lady here (middle aged with blonde hair) is extremely unfriendly and unprofessional. When I went in today She was discussing with another employee about cutting the hours of different employee in front of customers. They tried to give me a sandwich with three pickles on it. I used to work at subway and I know the serving sizes of the veggies and 3 pickles is not a serving. This lady is so rude every time I go in, at this point I go there as a last resort and I hope she's not there because she's miserable. Some times she charges me for the sandwich I want and sometimes she charges me for a ham turkey with bacon instead of a subway melt. She claims there is no button but last time I went my receipt said subway melt. It's not that hard to be friendly and nice to customers. I work in customer service and you can fake being friendly for 5 minutes when you have customers in front of you. It's...
Read moreI received coupons in the mail. I haven't been here in a long time, so I thought why not, I'll go and save a couple bucks with the coupon. Upon arrival, was told they do NOT accept paper coupons. You have to use the coupon code in the mobile app. When I asked why they don't accept paper coupons, I didn't get an answer. So, we downloaded the mobile app, only for it to NOT accept the coupon code either, no matter what we did. Seems like a completely artificial way of getting more money out of people. Ridiculous. Why send the coupons at all?
Staff had all the charisma and energy of a blank piece of paper. Oh yeah! That's why I never come here! My mistake....
