Arby's — Restaurant in Coldwater

Let's see I had to return to complain about my Greek hero. Which they promptly Said they would replace The manager started working on making the sandwiches a nice young lady asked me if I want to free shake and I said sure While she was trying to fill the shake the shake machine was empty so she had to fill it she was having some troubles with filling the shake machine she asked the manager at least 5 times did I heard of for help to no Avail another employee stood over her not offering to help. Seem to be sarcastic and in a way. There was one other person walking around that I could see that did not offer any help either. So I sat down That's when the sarcastic lady says who's your sandwich and I told or the I'm still waiting on my shake. So I sat there for another 5 or 10 minutes. And a nice young lady was finally able to get things working She came up and handed me my shake and said thank You. So to me a nice young lady deserves very huge raise a sarcastic Young lady deserves some education. In all fairness it's more of a teenage thing then a sarcastic thing. The manager also need some training on how to manage time. Because although he got the sandwich to me right away I still had to wait 5 or 10 minutes for the shake which in turn you guessed it makes to saying which cold by the time I got home. Well I take this as a lesson learned I got out pretty cheap cost me 6 bucks basically. Not sure what happened but my sandwich tasted different from previous days I don't know if they changed to sauce or something but it is definitely not to my liking. I can definitely find a better place to...

This restaurant did not have any roast beef, I had to order a different sandwich and I was not very happy...for a restaurant who's slogan Is "we have the meats" um, no you dont. Paige, the girl who took our order told me and my mother that the manager left for the day an hour earlier than they were supposed to and left the restaurant without having any roast beef prepared. Then me and my mother sat down to eat our chicken sandwiches and had to watch Paige tell every customer that came in that there was no roast beef, not to mention every customer who came through the drive thru. I do not blame the arbys employees for this, they were all beside themselves as to how to handle the situation, its not their fault. However, I do not see how a manager could not have the one item arbys is best known for, what people go there for not prepared for the customers...its my hope that the owners of the coldwater franchise take action to make sure this does not happen again. I might go back to the arbys store to see if any improvements were made because the orange shakes...

I am a big Arby's Fan..I also managed an Arby's back in the day..and so this review is a honest and accurate review. First, Coldwater Arby's is extremely underrated. I have received great customer service when visiting, the food has been fresh, and hot, and I have really no complaints. Visited again on 4/6/2023 and purchased 2 Beef and Cheddars, A Greek Combo, and some curly fries. You know the Arby's TV commercial where the sandwich has the meat stacked high and fluffy, thinly sliced to perfection? One bite into My Beef and Cheddar and that's all I could think of. It was sliced PERFECTLY and was absolutely DELICIOUS. I dont have any photos to post of the B&C cause I ate them too fast..but man..what a sandwich..I was very impressed. Order was prompt, service was kind and accurate, and the Manager of this Restaurant needs to be given a Golden Globe award for doing the best job at training their staff. Im a Coldwater Arby's...
