McDonald's — Restaurant in Coldwater

So, i go to the store in coldwater like i do about 6 times a week. I ordered a 20 piece mcnugget, large sweet tea. 9.15. I wanted 2 sweet and sour and 2 bbq as sauce. I paid , got the receipt and i was charged for 2 sauces. They said that extra sauces are a quarter apiece. I dont know about anyone else , but when im getting a 20 piece, it takes 4 sauces for the whole thing. And btw, i stop at this mcdonalds 5 times a week before work to get lunch. I sprnd about 75 a week there. Not anymore. I know my business wont break their back, but they lost 70 plus a week over fifty cent. And not to mention the slow service. Employees more worried about the phones in their hands than actually providing a service. You would think the owners would care about the poor service at this place. Obviously they dont even read the reviews. Jim and Laura Maynard, do not care about their customer base , all they want is your money and do not care how their customers are treated. You can tell this by the fact, that noone ever responds to a review to try to fix a problem. They simply dont care . The good citizens of Quincy , Tekonsha, Coldwater,and any other town where this family owns a mcdonalds, need to boycott these restaurants till they show a little interest about the way THEIR customers are treated. Adding in june: thanks to you my sick daughter doesnt have lunch (she won't eat anything we make her our last resort was you guys. today we got a kids burger meal. Only ketchup. Add cheese. They clearly scraped off Onion and put on pickle. But hey they remembered the add cheese 🙄 she won't eat it even after fixing it. and yall want 15 dollars? I seriously do not know why i bother coming to this Mcds... im done coming to this place 😂 while i admit that everyone that works here is generally nice and has decent customer service, they still are Absolutely awful at getting orders correct and are INSANELY SLOW. ive worked at McDonald's in the past and i will never understand how the coldwater McDonald's messes everything up. Every. Single. Time that i step foot in there.

I went inside a few days ago and ordered one mcdouble and two chocolate shakes. This order took them THIRTY MINUTES to get to me. This should have taken 5 minutes to assemble and bring to the table, and they messed up my sandwich!

Today my boyfriend and i went through the drive through and ordered a meal with a coke which they messed up the order and put our drink as diet, we fixed this at the window because it was no big deal at all, but then when we got to the second window to pick up our food, we ended up recieving a sweet tea... not even close to the coke we ordered, and my sandwich had no sauce on it and the chicken was burned.

I dont normally leave reviews, especially not negative ones, but this happens every time im in here and something needs to be changed here.

If i want fast and proper service, i will drive all the way to Tekonshas to get good, quick and...
