I don't understand how this location expects to remain open when their customer service continues to get worse. The company's sauce are good but this specific location continues to disappoint. Before the quarantine, takeout was mediocre. Realistically, I only went to this location for a few drinks with friends. Takeout was not worth my time or money. Now that we're quarantined, accommodations need to be made. As a business, what you provide needs to be realistic, if you don't have an item in stock, remove it from the mobile app. This company charges for every single sauce, carrots, celery, you name it, this company charges for it!! I've acknowledged and accepted your charge now the ONLY thing you have to do is stick to the agreement and give me what I've paid for. Simple. I ordered delivery on April 12th and a basket of fries was missing. I contacted the store and the employee that answered seemed to be new because she didn't put me on hold to discuss it with her manager but instead decided to be unprofessional and kept me on the line to hear everything. They then offered for me to go pick it up. I ordered delivery for a reason, that's just common sense. The manager then offered to give me a word of mouth credit. At this point it is now crystal clear that unprofessionalism is part of their training. The credit she offered would NOT be confirmed in an emailed, would NOT reflect on my rewards account, it would simply be written on a piece of paper that I can't see and may possibly be lost. Seriously. It's as if this location has no understanding of what a business is, let alone what type of business their in. I declined her empty offer and she then said they're very busy and a refund would take a few days to calculate. Ok. End of conversation. I emailed the company and specificied to contact me via email, they sent me a generic response that someone would contact me within 2-3 business days. Five days later I emailed them back because I haven't received any updates. No response. No refund. Completely dissatisfied. The only reason I added a star is because I like...
Read moreI’ve always been a loyal customer and a fan of this restaurant, but my last two visits have been a complete disaster, and this most recent one was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. When we arrived, we were the only table in the area, yet our server was busy on the computer instead of coming over to take our drink order. Drinks took forever to arrive. Then another table sat down right behind us, and she went straight to them, completely passing us over after asking them first. At that moment, she could have easily stopped at our table, asked if we were ready to order, or at the very least explained: “your drinks are delayed because we only have one bartender” or something similar. But more than 10 minutes had already passed, and we still had no drinks and no explanation. The service was miserable: she never smiled, never explained delays. She brought my husband’s food first and didn’t even bring mine, nor did she bother to say it was going to take longer. On top of that, we didn’t get any silverware. I went to the front to ask, and shockingly, what I believe was a manager told me: “ask your server.” If the manager treats customers that way, of course the servers will do the same. The bathrooms were dirty and smelled terrible, which makes you wonder: if the bathrooms are like that, what does the kitchen look like? To top it off, my burger and fries were cold. The only kind person was a manager from another restaurant who happened to be helping that day. We explained what was happening, and thanks to her, we received a discount. Our server never came back to check on us, never apologized—literally, it was as if we didn’t even have a server at all. It honestly pains me to write this, because I truly enjoy Buffalo Wild Wings, but if they keep neglecting service and quality like this, they will lose loyal customers. I know the chain won’t go broke if I stop coming, but customers deserve better service for what we’re paying. And if someone doesn’t want to work there, the least they could do is give the opportunity to someone who would do it with care...
Read moreThis location doesn’t have food!! Management is dismissive and aggressive. DO NOT EAT HERE!! My family attempted to have a fun Sunday celebrating a birthday and watching the game. We ordered cauliflower wings and the server came back a little while later and said they don’t have any. We were very disappointed as the family member celebrating a birthday came specifically for that menu item. Our sever was apologetic and great but when we spoke to the manager he was dismissive, fast talking, and came off aggressively. We expressed we were disappointed and he made excuses about their location trying to order food but they can’t get it for whatever reason. He wasn’t apologetic or pleasant to talk to period. I suggested perhaps he could inform the waitstaff to advise customers as we are being seated if they don’t have items on the menu because had we known that when we first came in, we would’ve made an adjustment to our plan. He blew me off with a “whatever” look and tone. Zero customer service skills and attitude like he could care less. We then re-ordered a different menu item and they didn’t have that either!! No Mac and cheese. I called the bowie location who advised their kitchen was fully stocked so we decided to leave. Mind you this is all taking place in about a 30-40 min time frame. Myself and most of our party barely touched our drinks because we were waiting on our food orders. Management made a stink and tried to insist we pay full price for the drinks. After some discussion, he let it go for 1/2 but not without more attitude and aggression. Bowie location was much better and actually had food. I would never give a dime of my money to the college park location and the asinine manager. Didn’t get his name but he was about 6 foot, darker complexion, with...
