The store is not clean food is on the floor as you walk in as well as on the floor in the back. The staff does not follow instruction very well. I asked them to not cut the burrito. The person who took my order said I’ll make sure they don’t cut the burrito. Well when my burrito was finished the person making the food was about to cut the burrito. I had to yell from the from of the store and say don’t cut the burrito. Also there where two flies just flying around the place. I came here yesterday and the same thing with the flies. Not good to see this two days in a row. Next I order a chocolate chip cook and after I placed the order there was no chocolate chip cook. Not the biggest deal breaker but you can see there are some issues with providing good customer service. I then asked to speak to a manager and the young worked though the situation was a joke and looked at my like I have the attitude when I am the one paying for my food. Read moreThis location has declined drastically. I used to frequent the location at least 3 times a week, at the very least. For a while the customer service became awful, but the biggest problem is the smoothies. It's either overdone and comes out like juice and no where near a firm smoothie, or it's very chunky. This is the 6th time straight, that's how much I love the smoothies but 6 times in a row I have mango chunks in every single sip from the straw making the experience very unpleasant. Or strawberry chunks. It's either chunky or basically juice, no in between. And its frustrating because I LOVE tropical smoothie cafe. Read moreI ordered a smoothie at 2:05 PM on 7/31/25. However, the storm delayed me, and I did not arrive until 3:20. My smoothie was sitting in the cubby at room temperature. I told the lady it should've been in the stainless steel fridge or freezer. That's where I have always seen the staff get it from. She said they always keep them out at room temperature. That's not true because I've ordered many smoothies from there. Clearly, that's not true. I don't know her name, but she said she's been with the company for 4 years. Instead of remaking it, she threw a bunch of ice in it with some fruit and reblended it, but it was tasteless. So I had to get a refund.
