Potbelly — Restaurant in College Park

This Potbelly had the worst customer service I have ever experienced! They opened late at 11:10 and then were rude at the register because they had a good amount of people already and weren’t all the way prepared. That’s not the customers fault. Also, I came back in to understand how the smoothie I ordered was made because I needed to be sure it wasn’t ice cream based and with an attitude the lady explained it was a yogurt based smoothie. I go to the one in laurel and columbia and silver spring also. I am always impressed with the high professionalism, but college park is the best by far. The sandwiches are pretty good, I love the choices of toppings, and the cookies are mouth-wateringly good. The chicken salad is a little dry for my taste, so it's important to remember to add mayonnaise to that one even though you think you shouldn't need to since it's already in the mixture. The salads are very good too, but a tip for people using them for catering - make sure to order things like bacon, eggs, onions, etc on the side if you're getting a giant salad to accommodate everyone who might have certain dietary...
