Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in College Park

I literally just left from this location. I wish I would have gotten the name of the very rude lady working the cash register at about 10:15pm on 9/12. I went in, ordered a bowl and it was made perfectly. However, they didn’t have the green hot sauce that I MUST have (it’s my fav). I went two weeks prior and they didn’t have it then so I tried the green salsa.. didn't quite hit the spot, but back to today! I requested a refund because they were out again (I tried to look over to see if they had it, but I was next in line and come on, I have never been to a chipotle that didn’t have it. The “rude lady” initially said “The green hot sauce is extra and I can’t refund you” . After speaking with another employee, I was refunded, However, what she said to me was unbelievable. She said “next time, look over there to see if the green sauce is there and if this happens again, I will not refund you”. Liikke, this is all so piety and I feel like I’m being piety for writing this review BUT ITS THE PRINCIPLE”. It’s like, if I order fries, and you don’t have ketchup, I don’t want to eat the fries , so why would I pay for the fries. Don’t make me feel like a bothersome person when I was very polite acknowledging to her that it wasn’t her fault it’s just how I like to eat my chipotle, only to be looked at as if I was the problem. I have given this chipotle SEVERAL chances! Today was the LAST straw! I ordered a chicken burrito bowl & a chicken quesadilla for my girlfriend via delivery and the order was completely wrong. I had a large scoop ice cream scoop of guacamole and I HATE GUACAMOLE! To top it off there was literally no chicken in the bowl and no cheese in the quesadilla. I have been putting off this review for years! This location is by far the WORST chipotle in the area. I literally will and have gone an additional 10 minutes to go to the Greenbelt location because I know my order will be correct and receive better customer service.

The employees there do not care to give a good portion of meat in your bowl serving for the exception of one young man there who is more a recent hire. The ladies are rude and when asked for more chicken they have a attitude as if the food is there's or there isn't going to be any more food cooked for the day. Paying for an extra serving of chicken for it to be the standard serving of chicken is crazy. The fountain drink machine is always missing lemonade or taste carbonate 7/10 times been there. This location either needs to close or reassemble their staff because the complaints for this location are very similar and clearly...

I would have given 4 stars but they did not have the red Tabasco sauce out. And im giving 3 stars because my order was like $19.81. So, I remembered I needed 2 bags of Nachos and 4 hot salsas. My total jumped to $28.71. I said dang an extra almost extra $10. The girl said its not me is the computer and swiped my card. I said oh make sure i get a receipt. When i read the receipt, i said who has some soft tacos. The amount was $8.65. I said i didn't order any tacos, i just have 2 bowls and 2 chips. The young lady looks and points to 3 tacos being made. I said those are not mine. She looks at the guy in line and says arent you with him. I said no, i dont even know him and i didn't come in here with him. The guy says those mine laughing and said oh you buying thosr for me. I said no not this time. Then the young lady laughed and said oh, i thought you said you have 3 bowls. I said no i have 2 and those not even bowls, they're tacos. Needles to say i was refunded $8.67. How do you assume the next random guy with the lady paying her...
