Crown Pizza — Restaurant in College Park

Terrible experience. The food took an hour and a half longer than the time grubhub said, so instead of eating at 930pm, i was eating after 11pm i ended up finally calling the place myself, the lady on the phone was nice, but didnt tell me anything other than " its on the way, not sure when tho, he has alot of orders". The driver got there and was banging on my door like he was the police or something, mind you, at 11PM AT NIGHT, not respecting or adhering to my "contactless delivery, leave it at the door" preference. I peek and see its him, i open the door, he gives me the food and then tells me the price. I said, what are you talking about, i already paid. He said no, its 18 something something, i said, no, its thru grubhub, i already paid. Super weird, i closed the door. And to top off the already terrible experience.......the food was TERRIBLE. Order the chicken parmesean. Bland, no seasoning, and the cheese on the chicken was hard as a rock. Wont be ordering again nor...

DO NOT ORDER. Terrible customer service. Was staying at hotel nearby, ordered food at 1:30, didn't get to room till an hour after, they forgot some of the order so I called them, they didn't bring the rest till 4 and still forgot stuff, delivery guy (who apparently is a manger) told me that he'll drop off the rest on his next delivery to the hotel and walked off. What?? Next delivery? Then when I called again to complain they said that the owner wasn't in till 5, waited till then, called and the owner or manager refused to speak with me. At this point I had to complain to my hotel and let them know not to include flyers for this place, front desk called the place and finally got the manager who was the delivery guy, he told me that he couldn't give me a refund or any kind of partial refund and promised to come to the hotel in 35-40 mins with the rest of my order and extra breadsticks. He comes at 7pm to drop off the rest and brings NO EXTRA...

I used to order from Crown Pizza a lot. The food was okay and they were close by so I ordered often. The last time my family got some wings and they were drenched in salt. This wasn't the way they usually were. My mom asked if she could get a replacement and the lady who took the call was very rude to her and told her if she didn't like the way the wings were cooked to never order them again! We were shocked because we were never talked to like that before and my mom didn't have a mean tone when she asked for the replacement. I can't support a place that treats my mom like this, I will not order again. Also before this happened, the same lady said that they do not give napkins for deliveries. The only way to get napkins are to pick up your order. They also don't have a eat in area. Shesh...this is not how you stay in business. They lost some loyal customers because of one person's attitude and it seems i'm not the only who was affected by...
