DJ’s CARIBBEAN KITCHEN — Restaurant in College Park

I ordered through Doordash and had a really good experience ordering from this restaurant. Normally-because I order out way too much-something is missing from my order...I'm happy to say this did not happen today. When the restaurant realized that I had ordered an additional side and that they were running out they called me...this has never happened before...after advising me that the item was out, they asked what would I like to replace it and after requesting the fruit punch they sent me two-probably because they knew that Tropical Rythms was way better than my requested Snapple. But aside from this wonderful customer service the food was excellent, except the mac and cheese (not at all cheesy and gooey as described) but I don't each much of this dish so I give them a pass...everything else-Excellent. I strongly recommend this restaurant when your in the mood for some really good...

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED! I ordered for me and my hubby through door dash, my driver gets to the restaurant & stated they told him somebody else picked up my food & they were not going to give him my order. I'm watching closely on the app & I was assigned only 1 driver, so if you have someone my food then you have away FREE FOOD, which is not my problem. I heard the restaurant in the background with a disgusting attitude telling my driver they are not going to give him anything & they would not cancel my order. So I contacted customer service to get the order canceled, my money back and the same amount back in door dash credits. Customer service is terrible and I will never attempt to bless them with my hard earned money again! I hope they enjoy deducting that -$50 from the drawer before...

I was just driving by and heading to a different Caribbean restaurant and I made a stop as a first time customer. Joel gave me great customer service by patiently showing me all of the foods they served. Visually the food looked appealing and it smelled great. I ordered a large Oxtails for my daughter and I also ordered the small curry chicken and jerk chicken. I also added the goat roti to my order. When I came home I tasted all of the food and when I tell you, each and every one of the meal I ordered tasted like heaven. I'm a big time foodie and it's been very hard to find a great Caribbean restaurant in Georgia. I'm so happy I stopped by and ordered all of the food at once. Even the vegetables are delicious.
