Typically I Get Great Service Here. I Go To The Same Lady Because She Listens To Me As Her Customer, Is Patient & Knows Exactly How I Like My Food. Today She Made My Crab Salad. I Asked For Oil & Vinegar Packets & Salt & Pepper & Italian Dressing. I Get Back To Work & I Only Have Oil & Crackers. Tbe Manager Cashed Me Out, But Did Not Double Check My Order, So When I Got Back To Work I Had A Salad W/No Salad Dressing. I Called Him & He Had No Empathy For A Regular Customer & Made Me Feel Like I Was Responsible For Not Getting Dressing. A Salad With Out Salad Dressing Is Like A Hot Dog Without A Hot Dog. Just The Bun. I Am Upset & Think This Manager Needs Some Training In Customer Ownership/Relations/Retention. He Basically I Dont Care If You Spend 75.00 Here Monthly Im Not Doing Anything To Make You Feel Better Or Keep Your Business. The owner is ABSOLUTELY HORRENDOUS AND EXTREMELY DISRESPECTFUL! Went there today to get a sub and had to end up driving back because the bread was so hard. Instead of fixing the issue and simply making it right for paying customers, the owner yelled and screamed at me. He refused to remake my sandwich, while still yelling out loud "NO, I don't remake sandwiches. You are going to get a refund and don't come back"! How rude and disgusting of a person and to be the owner at that! The worker wanted to fix the issue as the bread was hard, but the owner decided to go against customer service and his employee to yell and degrade me. Been visiting this Subway for 12 years and my wife and I went in one day to order subs and we were told that we could not have our bread microwave we were told it had to be toasted we were told that we could not have are sandwich made the way we described she continued to put the sandwich together her way. The sauces on the sandwich first. She added onions when my wife said no onions. I then said that's why she wants to do the vegetables before the sauce.
