Typically I Get Great Service Here. I Go To The Same Lady Because She Listens To Me As Her Customer, Is Patient & Knows Exactly How I Like My Food. Today She Made My Crab Salad. I Asked For Oil & Vinegar Packets & Salt & Pepper & Italian Dressing. I Get Back To Work & I Only Have Oil & Crackers. Tbe Manager Cashed Me Out, But Did Not Double Check My Order, So When I Got Back To Work I Had A Salad W/No Salad Dressing. I Called Him & He Had No Empathy For A Regular Customer & Made Me Feel Like I Was Responsible For Not Getting Dressing. A Salad With Out Salad Dressing Is Like A Hot Dog Without A Hot Dog. Just The Bun. I Am Upset & Think This Manager Needs Some Training In Customer Ownership/Relations/Retention. Instead of fixing the issue and simply making it right for paying customers, the owner yelled and screamed at me. He refused to remake my sandwich, while still yelling out loud "NO, I don't remake sandwiches. You are going to get a refund and don't come back"! How rude and disgusting of a person and to be the owner at that!
