I called around 4:10pm Sunday 12/11/22 and ordered 2 large pizzas and boneless wings for delivery. My first concern came when the person answering my phone call could not seem to locate my delivery address, even though we were about a mile away from the Domino's and we had previously had food delivered from this location. They eventually found the address and after about 10 minutes of ordering a couple of pizzas and chicken, I thought that everything was fine. The person taking my order said that our food would be delivered between 4:41-4:51pm. Domino's sent me a text message saying that they had begun making my food at 4:19pm.
Well, at about 5:15pm (without having received our food yet) I called the Domino's back but no one at the store would answer my phone call. I was on perpetual hold. After about 10 minutes of being on hold, I called the Domino's from a different cell phone (while still on hold with the original call) and they picked up immediately. They had ignored my phone call from the phone number that they had on file about an order that someone had dropped the ball on, while instantly taking the phone call from a separate phone number that had never called this Domino's before.
Once talking to a Domino's employee on the not ignored phone call, I asked for my order to be canceled and informed the employee that I was still on hold on my original phone call. At that point I was suddenly disconnected from the original perpetual on hold phone call.
If Domino's didn't want our business, they should have just said so. No one from Domino's acted professionally at any time. If someone would have just answered my call back and admitted that something went wrong and that they would have me my food to me ASAP, I would have accepted that, kept my order for the food, eaten, and continued my night. I ended up taking my family out to get...

The first time I called in I gave the boy all my info and he said my card did not work which I reviewed the number with him again and he said it still did not work. He then proceeded to read my card number out loud to which I stopped him and said I did not want him to read aloud and he kept reading it anyways. I scolded him on reading someone's card number and he just kept saying he could not do anything because the card did not work to which I explained that I had just used it. I then had to hang up because I had clients that needed my attention and I was getting no where with this guy.
I then called back and spoke with Lilly who I then asked if I could get the name of the young men working the registers to which she replied "there's too many". I told her this one just took my call and there can't be that many working the register and she said I don't know. So I began to reorder with her and my card did not work again to which she said "huh let me try using your zip code" which worked and I told her even though she doesn't know who took my call, let the other idiots know how to handle people's money and she said there were a lot of new trainees. Well Lilly YOU FAILED because you did not properly train people, who I'm assuming has been there for a while since they are handling MONEY!
I can't even say if it's good pizza or not because I cancelled my order out of frustration and not wanting to give my business to an...
Read moreI visited this restaurant about six months ago and I'm still angry about the way that I was treated so I've decided to write a review. I called in an order and walked in fifteen minutes later to pick up my order. When I walked in there were three men working in the kitchen. Two of them noticed me but said nothing and kept working. None of them greeted me. After I had silently stood patiently waiting for someone to come to the register (I figured that the cashier was somewhere in the back) I sat down and kept waiting. After a couple more minutes another customer entered the resturant (who was of dark complexion and looked to be of Middle Eastern descent) walked in. They also failed to greet him. I told the other customer that I was still waiting to be serviced. Hearing this, one of the two men who had originally noticed me walked from the kitchen and up to the register with a sly grin on his face. Moral of the story: If you are a person of color DO NOT order anything from this company. MOST white-owned or white-run companies in Aggieland don't value or welcome black customers. Words of wisdom to black people: They don't want us eating at their restaurantsd!!! Let's stop giving our money to businesses that hate us and let's support our own businesses! The entire city and the university are run by white supremacists and families with old wealth. Only eat at restaurants that look past your race and respect you...
